Nestled in the back of Pelican Gardens, this tropical Villa is a short stroll to Ted Sperling Park and St. Armands Circle. Just bring your suitcase and sunglasses. Sunscreen provided! Kitchen is perfectly set up for cooking or entertaining. Between dining area or breakfast bar there's plenty of room! Master bedroom features King accommodations and opens to side deck. Guest room provides both a full bed and twin bed. Perfect for families. There’s also a pull out sofa in the living room for additional guests. Property sleeps 6 comfortably. Designed for making beach memories this tropical retreat is neatly tucked away to provide more living and entertaining space. Morning coffee on the screened front porch, BBQing on the side porch or enjoying watching your favorite team, there's space and privacy! Just recently updated…the cottage features new furnishings, 3 flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans and wifi. The full bathroom includes tub/shower. A large walk-in closet/pantry is great for storage. Community has a parking lot exclusively for guests with passes provided. There are endless activities nearby from the community pool, Lido Beach, walking trails, kayaking, shelling, biking, shopping, dining or simply relaxing! You can bring your furry friend…small dogs with prior approval and $250 pet fee. Sorry, no kitties…No smoking allowed inside or out. Cottage has storage area for bikes and kayaks during your stay. Bring your bikes or rentals are close by. Beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler and beach towels provided. ALSO AVAILABLE WEEKLY - 7 day minimum stay required. Guests are required to complete a Guest form prior to arrival. Coin operated washers and dryers are on site for your use. Simply the perfect getaway!

Lido Key Cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We brought our bikes, kept them safe inside the screened in porch, and rode them to the beach and the circle. The area is quiet, the pool was well maintained and having a washer and dryer on site was invaluable for our month’s stay. We loved it there!

Perfect beachside getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage. It’s perfectly located with the beach, restaurants and St Armand’s Key all within walking distance. It was perfect for our stay, a short drive from the airport and so easy to communicate with the host. We will be coming back!!

Quietly Comfortable

Diann is a Super Host. Check-in seamless. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet setting. We'll gladly stay again.

Clean but not relaxed

This cottage was clean but has no internet. We were unable to use any of the TVs for downtime or connect laptops. The host read messages regarding and did not respond or direct. The rules were ridiculous regarding cleaning and I felt like I wasn’t on vacation and certainly shouldn’t have owed a few for cleaning or admin and feel with these it was overpriced.

Loved the location

A little confused when we first arrived as we were looking for a yellow building as per the pics only to find the whole complex has been painted blue! Great place to stay for convenience to Lido Beach and St Armands. Well appointed, comfortable and quiet.

Awesome week, wish we stayed more !

Everything was perfect with our stay at this property ! The cleanliness, amenities, and proximity to the public beach and St. Armond's shops/restaurants left us wanting for nothing more. Check in and communication with the property manager were great. She was quick to respond to any needs we had, which were few. We did not utilize the pool on site, but it looked clean and refreshing. The beach items for guest use were perfect !Some tips: I recommend checking in during the day if possible, as the complex is a bit dark and unit is a bit tricky to find on the first try (easy access once you know where it is), but is really not super hard to find. As of May 1, the public beach access on the south end of the Lido Resort was closed to what appeared to be non-guest of the resort, but a short walk north of this resort put you in the parking area for the public beach park which wasn't too bad, just overcrowded. If you wish to shy away from the crowds, we found another public beach access on the south side of the Ritz resort. In this area we had a bit more of a relaxing day and access to the Lido tiki bar. The beach chairs and wagon make either of these areas super easy to access within a 10 minute or less walk. Would definitely recommend this stay for a couple or small family !

Poor property management

This is a perfectly nice property with a very poor property manager. To start with, the welcome information did not include the access code, so we were locked out until we could get ahold of the manager. The information listed the wrong WiFi network and password. It said that the trash dumpster was located east of the yellow building, and there was no yellow building in sight. The parking space was not identified (as the letter said) and the. Instructions for locking the door from the outside were written with some other lock in mind, so we were never able to lock the door when leaving. In short, this property is a fine place, but the management needs to be replaced.

Great location

We enjoyed our weeks stay , especially the proximity to the beach and St Armani’s. The house/cottage was in need of some upgrades and the kitchen and bath were very small. On the positive side it was quiet and the main bed was very comfortable.

Great Cottage

This is a lovely cottage with plenty of space in a great location. Loved the private outdoor patio area as well. Owner has done a wonderful job with the upgrades and decor.

Great location, nice stay!

Great location close to beach and bay runner bus stop that will take you in town with endless stores/restaurants. VERY private and the pool was great! The place offered all necessities needed for beach (ie. Chairs, beach towels, umbrella) but the rolling cooler listed in the description was not there. Be prepared to replenish supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. as requested by owners before arrival or you face a charge. Beds were very comfortable. Overall we had a blast and would recommend to others looking!!

Right price and right location

I would recommend this property. It has been fixed up nicely. Really small bathroom. Both beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Close to beach although I wish there was closer access. I would put mirrors in each bedroom. Put up a sign that says “Don’t feed the birds.”

Primo location

Sweet cottage tho a bit worn in a primo location for easy access to the beach, kayaking, shopping and dining. Well equipped and nicely decorated easily accommodated our group of 4 adults.

Great location BUT…

The location of the property was great… the property is super basic and needs a little bit nicer things put into it… mold/mildew on ceiling in shower. Everything is just super basic and cheap (shower curtains/laundry basket came from dollar store (or looks like)) outside wicker furniture is all stained and nasty (I bought bleach to try and clean the bath) NO kureig (had to buy one for the property) but my biggest complaint is what happened in the check in. We had been driving for days (just wanted to get checked in and settled) but NO code!!! I called the prop manager after VRBO took about an hour to finally get it from them and that sucked (sitting on the porch with all our luggage) but no one said hey we will give you an extra hour at the end. Oh no that did not happen!!! Anyhoo, it was fine. Ended up with our entire family getting COVID. It was rough :(

Cute little cottages in Lido Key

My husband and I took a short vacation and stayed in Bungalow 14. It is so cute with a small fenced in backyard. We brought our dog so that made it very convenient. It is not fancy - the bathroom is small - but the shower works well and we were able to cook most of our meals in the kitchen. The layout was great for us b/c we both work from home and there are doors separating the bedroom area from the kitchen/living room. Overall it was great for us and we would come back.

Peaceful Clean and Large

We enjoyed staying there. My wife and I could walk to the beach but it was too far for my sister due to her hip and back problems. We drove to the public beach and a park. We recommend a Kayak tour. We saw a family of manatees and the mangrove tunnels.
