The house and furniture were very comfortable. Kids loved the game room, theater, and pool. The balconies were a fantastic gathering place with incredible views; such a delightful way to start the day with a cup of coffee and a gorgeous mountain scene. Even though the house is high up in the mountains, it's still only about a 10 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and an easy commute to the National Park. Communication with the host was effective and quick; the few minor issues we had were addressed quickly and fairly. The house was pet friendly, though it was a small challenge to find some grass outside for the dog to walk to. Lots of bear sightings just down the road.

We had an awesome trip. The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking. The cabin was clean, accommodating for a large group and there was so much to do within 5 miles of the location. I would highly recommend this location whether you want to spend your time in Gatlinburg, Pigeon or you’re just wanting to get away and stay in!The host was awesome, and very engaged with any needs.

What an amazing house! The house could not have been more perfect for us. The common areas are open between the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, each bedroom has an ensuite bath and three of the bedrooms have their own deck which has the most incredible mountain view. The game/theater/family room level is the perfect bonus space for kids and adults. I've rented a cabin in the Pigeon Forge area for the last 10 years and this is by far the best one. We can't wait to return!

Amazing stay in very spacious and clean cabins in beautiful mountains. Plenty to do and see, cabin was excellent, spacious, and game room and movie room was excellent.

Overall nice cabin but we did find some mouse poop in one of the pull out mattress on bottom floor and a vape pen so we didn’t use that couch. Also cleaners that came to check it out that evening were rude. Then after we checked out the next day we were accused of leaving a mess from the host and the cleaners wild! We will stay in that area again just not through this company! Never have I had a complaint about a room or place with pictures and nothing really was done about it. Craziest part about the stay is they turn around and accuse us the people who decide to stay there and leave it clean as Instructed of leaving a mess which did not happen! I have never been accused of leaving anywhere I’ve stayed a mess. Myself and the other guests are very upset about that! We have small children one with leukemia so definitely keep things clean.

We can't say enough good things about our host, the cabin and our stay! The host was very attentive, answering all of our questions in a very timely and thorough manner! The cabin was more than well equipped to prepare a complete Thanksgiving meal for our large family. We were warmly welcomed with Christmas decor, a basket of goodies and a bottle of wine!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciate the opportunity to support a veteran-owned property. Our group included a veteran, and two active Air Force members, so staying at a veteran-owned cabin made the experience even more meaningful to us. This cabin has so much to offer and, with a few improvements, could easily be a five-star rental.There were so many things we loved. The parking easily accommodated up to three SUVs. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of our trip. The cabin had multiple thermostats, making it easy to keep each level comfortable for everyone. The hot tub was clean and in great condition, and there was plenty of seating on the decks so everyone could relax and enjoy the scenery. The layout provided ample space for our group to spread out without feeling crowded. We also appreciated how responsive and easy the owner was to reach whenever we had questions.There were, however, a few maintenance and housekeeping issues that we hope will be addressed for future guests. The main issue is that every mattress in the cabin was extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult for our group to get a good nights sleep. None of the issues ruined our vacation, and we genuinely offer this feedback to help improve an already beautiful property. The owner was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and it’s clear they care about providing a great experience.

Beautiful home. 3 adults, 2 23 year olds and 2 16 year olds. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and ole Ty of things to do between activities. The view was absolutely gorgeous and we saw a little bear ont eh drive out of the community. The house had everything we needed and there was so much to do close by. Host was very responsive. All around, great place to stay!

Relaxing family getaway

Owner communicated well throughout the process. The property is easy to get to and is convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The views are amazing. The owner really goes the extra step to make sure the cabin is stocked. Was an amazing property for our family vacation.

Amazing Mountain View!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the views were amazing. The location was central to most of the things that we wanted to do. It was a great fit for families of all ages. The pool table, theatre room and hot tub were an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone. The lightening storms are so cool and we saw a rainbow on multiple occasions. The host was very respectful and responsive.

WHAT A VIEW!!

cabin was AWRSOME!!! Totally equiped with verything we needed... plenty of space for the kids to run... plenty of space for the adults to chill!!! Beds were comfortable and very very clean!!! I've already told my friends about the Cabin!!! Would stay here again for sure!

Family Outing

Our extended family takes trips all around the USA to fellowship, eat good food and have nice clean fun together. This venue provided us with everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood was the perfect setting. The house was accommodating and in close proximity of fun things to do while in Pigeon Forge.

Amazing Cabin with Amazing View

The cabin was amazing and extremely roomy. I loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it very private. Plenty of balconies and it was stocked and clean. Evan was amazing to communicate with and answered all texts extremely quick. He also checked in on us to make sure all was okay. Would recommended 1000 times.

Beautiful cabin and gorgeous view

We recently visited Pigeon Forge on a family vacation and stayed at the Cabin with a View. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for all 15 in our group, with a spacious kitchen/dining/living room area. The kids enjoyed the game room and theater room, as well as the hot tub. The view of the Smoky Mountains was absolutely gorgeous! We even spotted a bear outside our cabin, which was pretty cool! Evan was a great host and kept the lines of communication open. He was responsive to questions and checked in to see how we were doing during our stay, even though he was out of town on vacation. I was very happy with our cabin experience and would highly recommend!

Awe inspiring sunrise from the balcony.

Be sure to take your coffee to the balcony to watch the sunrise. My husband and I traveled with three couples for the car show in Pigeon Forge. I think we have stayed at Cabin With a View a total of 3 times. There were 8 of us, with plenty of spaces to accommodate all of us. We enjoyed shooting some pool in the game room and watching movies in the theater room. Along with the, awe inspiring, view of the Smoky Mountains, it was also convenient for our trips to the activities in Pigeon Forge.

Truly lovely view

I'm giving this property 5 stars because the view is so lovely and because my family (8 adults, 2 children) loved it completely. My review includes things I wish the description had included. 1 Some photos are a tad deceiving -- there's one that makes it look like the house sits all alone, and there's another that shows a lot of space behind the house for parking. No. This house is in a huge development. Other photos show houses really close next door, and those are the accurate ones. 2. Four floors - top is loft, of course. Next is living room/kitchen/half bath, and Queen bedroom. It's ground level. Below that is the floor with both King bedrooms--they are across from each other, on each side of a middle hallway. Both have showers and jetted tubs. Very nice. Bottom level is the theater, pool, wifi printer, pull out sofas (our teens loved this floor). Each floor has fantastic balcony with lovely view. 3. Beds were comfortable, but sheets are microfiber. 4. Lighting is great throughout. 5. Some VRBO's say "Hey, welcome! Here's a basket of goodies! We trust you, so here's some good quality toilet tissue, towels, coat hangers, new(ish) kitchen stuff etc., and more than you'll need!" They go above and beyond. This VRBO? Not so much. 6.Still, it' 5 stars--annoyances were minor. Evan was responsive. Check-in was super smooth. Spacious. And the house is on the side of a mountain, so you're up in clouds which makes the already-amazing view even more beautiful.
