Ideally located, you're 8 km from the Thésauque lakes (water sports center: swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, water games) and Ganguise lakes, as well as 12 km from the Canal du Midi (bike, hiking, or boat tours). You're also in the heart of the Occitanie region, perfect for visiting Toulouse, Foix, and Carcassonne, all less than 50 minutes by car! The large 2.5-hectare unfenced garden is shared by all. A large parking lot has been provided at the entrance to the property. This large gîte is divided into two connecting gîtes: - Alba 1: features a large dining room and a living room equipped with an open kitchen. There's a laundry room under the stairs and a toilet with a washbasin.
