Apartment in high Villa near the center

Take a break in this holiday home, close to the village, on a 1500 m² wooded plot. 100 m² apartment on the upper floor of a villa. Our house is a family home. The land on which it is built has belonged to the family for four generations. We occupy the first floor, which is our main residence. You will be staying in the upstairs apartment, which has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: with two single beds or the possibility of making a queen-size bed (160x200) Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160 x 200) Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size bed (160x200) A large, bright living room and dining area. A small terrace for meals or breakfast with a griddle. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) Bathroom Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Access to the swimming pool (depending on the season) is available at specific times and is not supervised. We can agree on a schedule as we will have to share it. Meals will be served upstairs on the terrace equipped with a griddle. The garden is private outside of pool hours. Private and secure parking. Shops and all amenities are just a 5-minute drive and a 15-minute walk away. Solliès-Pont is the fig capital and is located just 15 minutes from Toulon, its port and harbor, 20 minutes from Hyères les Palmiers with its beaches and coves, and 45 minutes from Saint Tropez. Charming, typical Provençal villages are nearby, especially lively in the summer, where you can shop at the market (Wednesdays in Solliès-Pont) and spend your summer evenings. We are located just 1 hour from the Haut Var region and 1.5 hours from the Verdon Gorges, making numerous walks and visits easily accessible during the day.
