Great house. 3 specious bedrooms, very clean, fully equipped kitchen. Loved the private dock. Location is a little far from restaurants and shops but other than that 10/10.

It was very clean. Everything you need was there. The front porch and windows make such a wonderful atmosphere to view the water, sunrise, sunset, stars. The kitchen island was the star. We all gathered, played games and ate together. Close enough to a store, but far enough to feel lost in a country scene. Neighbors were close, but still private. Minimal complaints: later on dock tricky to use, but I don’t think there wasn’t anything you could do about that. Also wish there was a fire pit and kayaks. I would definitely rent again. Easy space, accessible and clean.

The house was beautiful, just like the pictures. The kitchen island was massive. The place was very roomy more than enough space for six. The front of the house looked out to the lake. You did have to cross a street to get to the pier and the lake. The street was not very busy. We didn’t use the pier, there was a lot of vegetation in the lake. Check-in was easy, no issues. It was nice dealing with a professional host.

Annual Finger Lakes weekend

This house was perfect for our group! We had three couples for a weekend of exploring the Finger Lakes - this house had everything we needed.

Great stay!

We had a great long weekend at Seneca Spirit. It was a great central location to wineries, cheese, and outdoor activities. Then we could come back and enjoy the fire pit overlooking the lake. Everything we needed was provided and clean for a relaxing weekend. Thanks for a great weekend!

Seneca Spirit

We had such an amazing time staying at this property! We can’t thank you enough! The sunset over the lake was magnificent and got better and better each day! My little family got to make beautiful memories here! We can’t wait to plan our next trip!!!

Was a very nice place, but be careful jumping off dock

Property was amazing, location was great, kitchen was great and big enough to fit all 6 of us. Only warning is that the water is really shallow at the dock, my brother in-law jump in and skinned his knee, nothing major but should maybe put a shallow water warning sign on the dock. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful VRBO!

We were visiting Geneva for a wedding and found this place as it was not too far from the venue. The house was in extremely good shape, clean, and the large common area was amazing. The dock across the street was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day, too. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at a VRBO in the Geneva area. Top notch!

WOW!

Had such a great time - so quiet and relaxing. Great location - close to Geneva and a bunch of breweries. Walk across the street, drop a tube in the lake, and just float. So nice! Great house. Thank you!!

Seneca Spirit in the Finger Lakes

It's not common for the pictures to not do the actual rental unit justice but that was our experience with Seneca Spirit. The house was very recently updated and equipped with everything you could need! In addition, the house was immaculate! Thank you!

Great location on Lake Seneca

We loved staying at this rental. It was in a great location across the street from Lake Seneca with a private dock. Definitely recommend bringing water shoes and something to float on to use the lake. The house was great. The kitchen island was huge. Plenty of room for us with three good sized and comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The yard was small, but we were not there often. There’s a good sized front porch to sit on to see the lake and sunset. There were several great wineries and breweries close by. Would definitely stay here again.
