The pool is maintained between 89–95°F using solar and electric heating, allowing for comfortable swimming year-round.

📹 Cameras & Noise Monitoring (Full Disclosure)

For safety and security, the property is equipped with:
• A Ring doorbell camera
• A driveway camera

Both the Ring doorbell camera and the driveway camera actively record video and audio.

The home also includes an indoor decibel (noise) monitor that measures sound levels only and does not record conversations or audio.
