* During the Pavilion Pool project, beach access, the fitness center, Pavilion facilities, and the remaining three pools are expected to remain open.
* Nearby Unit 36C is scheduled for a kitchen renovation from approximately July 20 through August 30, 2026. Construction noise may be audible during this period.
