🏠 Bright Apartment - Presidents' District, Les Sables-d'Olonne



ROSE Holidays offers this ground floor apartment in a secure residence, ideally located in the Presidents district, in immediate proximity to the ocean and local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy...).



Apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for family holidays or trips with friends!



🌊 Ideal location: just steps away from Tanchet beach, and close to the cycle path running along the coastline for your bike rides.



✨ The accommodation consists of:

• A spacious and bright living area, equipped with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area with table and 6 chairs.

• A semi-open and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, coffee maker (filters)...

• A quiet sleeping area at the back of the apartment:

– A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables and wardrobe.

– A bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), wardrobe and bedside table.

• A bathroom with shower, washbasin with storage, towel dryer and hair dryer.

• Separate toilets.



🚗 Parking:

A private outdoor parking space is provided within the residence.

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)

A late arrival service after 9 pm is available at an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation Prepared for Your Arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service.

To guarantee consistent quality:

• Wash and put away dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish

• Gather used laundry

👉 In case of non-compliance or deep cleaning required, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
