Our family has enjoyed vacation rentals since the mid 1990’s. During the early years, a lot of research went into finding available beach front homes for short-term rent. We only had positive experiences renting directly from owners or through real estate companies and found wonderful coastal (east and west) properties in Florida which we often revisited year after year. We are "beach" people and find that Ormond by the Sea not only offers beautiful sand and surf for relaxing and fun only steps away from our front door, but also all the activities a FL destination is known for. You are close to the Daytona International Speedway, theme parks, outlet malls, local restaurant and bars as well as fine dining locations. If you like, take a bike ride to neighboring Flagler Beach for a change of scenery.

Villa Capri, is on a friendly residential street, a two-lane road with AIA and the beach view to the east and John Anderson Blvd and the intercoastal view to the west. Take a walk or jog down our street 6 times (each way) for a total of 4 miles. The house offers the feel of home with modern, comfortable features throughout. It's easy to find quiet if you want to sleep in, bikes, games and toys are provided if you want action. Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen to prepare all kinds of meals or tropical cocktails to take to the beach. Dine outside under the covered terrace or feel the warm rays if you like to lay out.
