Brand new, professionally decorated, 2 Bdrm, 2 BA (1 King and 2 queen size beds, queen sofa bed) end unit condo featuring luxury linens, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer, fully stocked kitchen, washer, and dryer plus 2-furnished balconies make LuLu's 320 at Harbourside the ideal location for your beach vacation. Beach towels and chairs provided along with a cooler, beach bag, pails and shovels, balls, noodles, ETC;
POSSIBLE DISCOUNTS AFTER BOOKED FOR MILITARY AND 7 OR MORE NIGHT STAYS.
ONE OF ONLY 7-UNITS THAT FEATURE TWO BALCONIES. Enjoy spectacular views from the oversized rear balcony that overlooks the Marina and Intercoastal Waterway. The 2nd Balcony overlooks the water park where you can relax while watching the fun below. Included with this condo are 4 Splash Harbour Water Park passes per day a $100+/day value until (January 1, 2026-2-Waterpark passes after January 1, 2026). Spring Break - Great for Families

The unit is really nice and owner was very kind. Our three kids (9, 7 and 3) loved it! Our kids loved the water park and the location was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

Great Location with direct access to the water park

Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two balconies with access to the water park. The balcony on the fifth floor offers stunning sunset views of the Gulf.

Family Tradition/ Wedding

We’ve stayed at these condos several times. Loved the views this one has to offer. Kay was great with the check in process. A little different than the typical but it was smooth. Kay was very good, great communication.

Great place

We had a wonderful time. Great place to stay, condo is clean, beds are comfortable, and location is perfect to beach and restaurants. The waterpark is a huge bonus as well. We are already planning on coming back next year.

Great stay in Indian Rocks Beach

Our family enjoyed our March break vacation at Lulu’s. The park was great. Short walk to amazing beach. Everything is close by. The unit had everything we needed.

Love the place

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and Kay was a great Host. My kids enjoy the water park and we like how close the walk to the beach is. We will be back.

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It was very clean and spacious and the double balcony was a plus. We could sit on the one overlooking the waterpark & watch our kids, who are teens, enjoy the slides and lazy River. Kay the owner was so great to work with! We will definitely rent from her again next time we visit!

Perfect Condo Perfect Location for

This was as close to perfect as you can ask for in vacation. Lucille's condo offered every creature comfort we needed. From greeting us upon arrival to checking in during our stay she was the greatest host. The town of Indian Rocks provide us with all weneeded within walking distance. Whether at the beach or the water park it was all fantastic. I could not give this higher marks.

Beautifully decorated condo with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Extremely comfortable beds which we feel is a rarity. First time at Indian Rocks Beach and loved how we were able to walk to most places. My son and his family especially loved the water park. This condo is the best of both worlds as it has two balconies- one faces water park and one faces the intercostal. Lovely way to spend a week after the busy holidays!!!! We will be back for sure.

Great Vacation

Our family enjoyed our week at Indian Rock. The condo we stayed in was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had all the essentials that we needed. It was in a good location with restaurants, shops, and a CVS within a block or two. The beach was a very short walk as well with beach chairs, an umbrella, beach wagon, and some sand toys for the kids. The condo came with 2 balconies, with one facing the harbor that we enjoyed sitting on and watching the dolphins swim by. A bonus was the water park that the kids enjoyed. Kay was very accommodating and answered all our questions as well as provided us with some recommendations since we were new to the area. Overall we would rate our stay as a 10 out of 10 and considering revisiting again next year. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely condo, great location

The condo is exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. Communication with Lulu was fantastic. She even met us at the condo for a tour and information. beach towels were provided along with everything we could need. The water park was lots of fun and the beach is extremely close by. We even got to see dolphins off the back patio. Highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed!! We will definitely book again in the future! Thank you for being so accommodating and welcoming!

What a great place to stay!

Kay was awesome! The unit was great and worked perfectly for our needs. We loved the 2 balconies to relax in the morning and evening. Beds and bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals in. More than enough linens for showers. Loved having the waterpark right there and the beach only 2 blocks away. We packed lunch in the cooler that was there, threw it in the beach wagon with the beach towles provided and had a great time there as well. Plenty of restaurants and shops for essentials very close by. We walked to everything we did in the area except the grocery store but the convenience store was within walking distance. We had a great time! Thanks for helping make our stay a great one Kay!

Our favourite place in Florida

Lucille's condo is the perfect getaway, especially for a family of four like ours. We have two younger boys (10 and 6) and with the waterpark and close proximity (two blocks) to the beach, we could not have asked for more. Although restaurants are within easy walking distance, we ate most of our meals in the condo which is fully stocked with everything we needed. We fished off the dock on the intercoastal and caught a number of smaller fish so our boys were happy. We saw dolphins from the balcony. We all slept great because for the first time I think the beds were as good (or dare I say better) than ours at home. And it was clean. SO clean! I am pretty picky, and we have stayed in some places that weren't "dirty" but weren't truly spotless. Lucille's condo is spotless. We loved our trip and I think a lot of it had to do with having the perfect accommodations. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone. Thanks Lucille!

Gorgeous simply gorgeous

Lucile the property owner is a doll. She greets you shows you everything . And we were amazed to learn all the artwork in the condo were done by her. Talented. Let me start with the location.. it’s perfect. You not only have a super fun water park at the condo but there is a yummy rum bar and you can walk to beach in 2 minutes. There is a CVS a minute away incase I forgot anything. The town is small but plenty to do. Lucille has gone about and beyond. The condo has EVERYTHING you could need for the beach umbrella , chairs , floats , kids sandcastle equipment even a cooler . The condo is absolutely gorgeous the pictures don’t do the size justice. It’s a big place. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens are nice. I honestly think this might be my favorite place I have stayed this year. We will definitely be back!!!!❤️

Impeccable!!!!

I’m a stickler with my reviews; ensuring I am fair and honest and list any need for improvements. I seriously have nothing but the best things to say about Lulu and her beautiful condo!! My family and I were just looking to get away from a huge renovation being done at our house and decided to book with Lulu. We ended up finding a place we will use for future vacations! Lulu was very hospitable and kind when she met to give us the keys and brief tour of the condo. The condo was pristine and cleaner than any 5 star place we have ever been. The towels, bed sheets, blankets and pillows were extremely comfortable. (I even ended up ordering the same blanket she had in the master bedroom!) The condo is fully stocked and you are able to cook a full family meal without worrying if you couldn’t find the proper pan or utensil to prep with. The views on the balconies are AMAZING! The water park was so much fun and very safe for this super cautious mom to not worry about the kids. I have stayed at many places around the globe and feel that the accommodations and kindness that I received at this condo have been the best!

WOW! Where do I start!

I have so many wonderful things to say about this property. Let me start by saying our flight was delayed 15 hours and we couldn't get to the condo to spend our first day of vacation as planned. I spoke to LuLu on the phone, and she explained all the info to enter the property, and even offered us to stay later on the the day we were leaving. She was extremely helpful. Once we did arrive at the condo, we couldn't help to notice how clean it was. We loved the decor and the location! Being 3 floors up, we took the steps right outside of our door to the pool area, and parking garage. Very convenient for carrying groceries and unpacking. I loved drinking my coffee on the balcony over looking the boats. When she states the kitchen is fully stocked, she was not kidding! Everything you need is there! No need to run to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, etc! Indian Rocks Beach has so much to offer. We loved how quiet it was away from all the tourists in Clearwater. We walked almost everywhere! We didn't want to leave, & can't wait to visit again!

Book the stay!

Our whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! The host is very genuine & was always available if we needed anything. The convenience of the water park and the beach being so close was a perk with having little kids. I was very impressed how stocked the rental was also! I will absolutely be visiting again!

Beach Getaway

This was a perfect beach vacation! Kay made the entire process so seamless and walked us through everything with such ease. Not only that, but the condo was spotless and so comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a wonderful getaway.
