Perfect location to many of the great beaches and activities. View was awesome and hearing the waves crash aginst the rocks during the day and night was soothing

The only real problem was that the bed was too hard. It cut off circulation in my hip when sleeping on my side and my wife, who sleeps primarily on her back, complained about it every morning. Would suggest a layer of memory foam. Think it would help significantly. Otherwise, very nice, particularly when the trades are blowing. Unfortunately, only the first day.

The ocean views were great. We were able to see several whales and sea turtles. The accommodations worked very well for our party of 4 adults. Unit conveniently located close to shops and restaurants.

Unit 204 exceeded our every expectation. The views were even more stunning in person. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was only a short walk to beaches in either direction and an easy drive to Koloa and nearby shops and restaurants. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and again and again ... .

Whales, dolphins and turtles right from the balcony! We had a great stay in this comfy unit. Plunge pool was great and we enjoyed the amount of space we had. Parking was never a problem and the hosts were always quick to respond. We loved being so close to the beaches and even got to see a monk seal hanging out not too far down the road.

The host was communicative and provided excellent resources regarding location amenities, places to visit, things to do, and places to eat.The location provided relaxing sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the rocky shore day and night; and provided unobstructed views of the ocean with periodic sightings of whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and sea lions.

Property exactly as described and shown in the photos. Walkable to a couple beaches/resorts with the food options, the road in front is quiet to walk along. Easy check in and communication! Appreciated the additional touches like soaps, coffee and a couple snacks to arrive to find after a long flight. Great beach equipment including umbrella. Rinse off spigot right in front of unit for easy clean off before entering. Super fast response for minor maintenance. Great balcony and views! Huge sea turtles playing in the water. Path close by to cliffs/blow holes, walk to shipwreck beach (in front of grand Hyatt) and tide pools.

The Koloa Kai folks did a great job of responding to the couple of issues we had. They were prompt and satisfied our concerns completely. The unit we rented was great. Well maintained, clean, and allowed us a great vacation. The views from the lanai were incredible.

Great location on the southern coastline (no direct beach access) to watch the ocean crash onshore. Balcony was delightful to sit on and enjoy the morning birds visiting and sunsets. Just a short walk away is public access to the coastline for a gorgeous view of the sun rising. Condo is equipped for cooking and trips to the local beaches.

Amazing view - saw whales & turtles every day!

This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed plus more. The location was excellent - and while we were there, we could see whales and turtles off the balcony at least once a day (usually more)!

Beautiful View!

We had a lovely stay. The condo had an amazing view and was in a great location. It was well furnished and had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and ice chests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Seamless check-in process and prompt communication during stay. Condo was the end unit overlooking the Pacific! Beautiful views from the balcony. Even spotted whales from there multiple times during our stay! Perfect location, walkable to the nearby beaches. A couple restaurants and pop-up coffee shop walkable from the condo. We stayed here with our two kids 9 and 12. Would definitely stay again!!! Street parking out front was always available and super convenient entry to the rental.

Best location ever

Great location within walking distance to all of our favorite beaches and restaurants. The view from this unit was breathtaking. Will absolutely consider renting on our next trip.

Gorgeous view and peaceful surroundings

This condo had everything we needed - some kitchen and laundry basics, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Easy parking, mostly quiet neighbors and spectacular ocean views (with dolphins, turtles and even a whale!). We would definitely stay here again.

Great turtle watching!

This was our first time to the island and decided VRBO over a resort. So happy that we did! The condo we stayed in was amazing with spectacular views of the ocean. What a wonderful experience, looking forward to returning.

Great View

Amazing place to stay. The view from the balcony is even more beautiful in person. The place was very nice and clean. The only problem was the guest room didnt have a closet but other than that this place was perfect!
