Annexe 21 - Charming house 700m from the sea

Summary:

Welcome to Annexe 19, a charming, tastefully decorated house in Porspoder and which is classified as a 3-star holiday let.



The Space:

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, which blends seamlessly with the living and dining room, creating a convivial space for sharing moments with family or friends. A large bay window opens onto the garden, providing direct access to the garden.



Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the second bedroom has two single beds. A modern bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor, ensuring you have all the comfort you need.



The little extras you won't find anywhere else? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers many opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.



This house is managed by Hestia Conciergerie to guarantee you a unique and unforgettable travel experience. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay to help you organise your trip, recommend the best places to visit and book activities according to your preferences. We also offer a rental service for baby equipment, games and sports equipment (scooters, paddles, molkky, etc.). ..) so you can feel right at home!



A security deposit will be required before each stay. This must be paid via a secure credit card authorisation through our digital welcome booklet.



Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Pets are welcome in this property; the garden is fully fenced. The pet supplement is to be paid via our digital welcome booklet (€8 per day).
