This is coming from the Lady that Ocean Lakes Security and Horry County Police had to swarm and Kick Out after 3 days of your 9 day trip for fighting in the street.. WOW and None of the above that you state is on the description. where did you make this stuff up...Hot Tub, Washer & Dryer? Sorry you got Kicked Out of Ocean Lakes for fighting each other

I apologize if there were some blinds broken during your stay. My cleaning crew didn’t bring this to my attention. The flooring, paint, kitchen tools, bedding, etc. is all brand new as of this Spring. I hope the blinds didn’t negatively affect your stay. I will be sure to remind the cleaners to let me know anytime something needs to be repaired.

You rented our property ONE day before your arrival day for 2 nights only. When I seen you had booked I offered you a FULL refund or the other house that has More beds than the one you rented, YOU chose the house so I tried to do all I could do to Help you. You rented From Jan 1-3 which you could of took the refund and found plenty of places to rent, you booked the day before most don't rent for 2 nights one day. Thanks for your review

Jessie, Our conversation about you not being refunded a deposit took place via text. You left our home covered in dog hair, sofa soaked where you washed the dog and allowed it to use the sofa to dry off, dog poop in various locations. I presented you with pictures and video evidence. You stated you paid a pet fee to cover that and when I brought it to your attention you never had paid a fee or mentioned the dog you changed the story and said you didn’t know there was a fee. “You thought it was “pet friendly” Truth is, pet fees are not so irresponsible owners can leave a home looking like a dog pound. I had to have furniture professionally cleaned and it took my cleaning crew 3x the amount of time to get the home right for the next guests. It’s unfortunate that guests such as yourself abuse the privilege of finding a home that allows furry family members to join them on vacation. It’s also unfortunate that you feel the need to go online and leave “reviews” that are completely untrue because you lost your deposit. We paid more to fix the issues you caused than your $250. I hope in the future you have more respect for other people’s homes.
