Bastide XVIII in a park with centuries-old trees and a pool

In the hills above Aix-en-Provence, within a magnificent 18th-century Provençal farmhouse, a fully renovated, detached building offers exceptional views amidst 4 hectares of centuries-old terraced gardens, olive groves, and lavender fields. A panoramic terrace provides views stretching from the Luberon to the Étoile mountain range, including the Alpilles and Mont Ventoux on a clear day. This rental property features three bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and two separate toilets, as well as access to the grounds with a swimming pool. The furniture and paintings are from the 18th-century Provençal period. A resident caretaker maintains the grounds and the swimming pool.
