Head to the South Carolina Coast for a stay at this Renovated Home 3 Blocks From the Beach! This Vacation Rental includes the main house with 2 bedrooms 1 bath kitchen living room, laundry, porch and parking. Perfect for small groups and families. The kitchen, dining, living room and breakfast room all connect creating the perfect environment to relax and create memories together. The master bedroom has a walk in closet, shower and double vanity.

Close to restaurants, groceries, mini golf parks, the beach and other attractions. The location is great for a vacation or just to relax and get away from the noise.

NOTE: There is a small attached studio at the back of the property which is not included in the reservation. Other guests will be using that studio. The only shared are is parking.

Winter golf stay.

Great. It was close to all the golf courses, close to stores and restaurants. It was a great area for walking our dog. We stayed for 6 weeks and it was very enjoyable. An extra bonus was very favorable weather. Dan was very good to work with.

Misleading Description of Property

The owner listed the property as a two bed one bath house but failed to include that this is actually a larger home where they closed off one side of the home as a rental property. The main bedroom has a barn door with some insulation and a board that blocks the rest of the residence. The second bedroom has a door that is locked from inside, probably another entry to the other side of the house where the renter lives. Also, the house has a real strong mildew odor. The property is adjacent to a couple of seemingly run down trailers that you can see from the side/back yard. There is a ring door bell camera on the front door but the door only has a basic deadbolt and from the master to the front door is only about 10 feet. The property owner did put in significant work to update the property and it was clean. The owner did accommodate our request for a refund without much of an issue. The two stars is mostly for the misleading description and foul odor in the home.

We had an amazing stay.

We really enjoyed this property for our 4 night stay. Upon arrival, the house was super clean with everything we needed. The house is very updated and has an open floor plan so there’s plenty of space to enjoy your vacation. The location is also great. We were within 5 minutes of the beach and Broadway at the Beach. There’s so much to do within a five minute drive of the house. The owner stayed in contact with us throughout the week to make sure everything was going well and we were enjoying our stay. The next time we come to Myrtle Beach, we will be booking here again. :)

Everything I hoped for.

Absolutely no complaints! The house was lovely As well was the neighborhood. I probably enjoyed most the morning walks to the beach and back. Close distance to a lot of fun attractions especially broadway on the beach! This will be my home away from home, anytime I come back to SC!

Overall Easy Stay

We only stayed in the home for one night for a birthday trip. Communication was great even before we made it to the home. Our host was on point everytime I reached out. He sent us plenty of info on the home prior to arrival that was very helpful. The lock pad was easy to use the house was clean on arrival. The best part about the entire house was the beds! It is rare that you stay in a home that has comfortable mattresses when you are use to a hybrid mattress at home. The bathroom was amazing. The location was great. You are just minutes to everything. We definitely will keep this home in mind when returning.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood and close to a lot fun things to do. I will definitely keep this place on my list for future visits. Everyone loved the place!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is just as described, plenty of space. Supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. If you're up for walking the beach is not far away either. Owner responds quickly. Planning to return in the fall.

Cheaply pit together no tvs in bedroom one bathroom divider to apartment is trashy

Not somewhere to stay for a week or to bring kids. Next too two trailer courts weird apartment attached to it along with random insulation blocking doorway into apartment. Bathroom window you can see through blinds and other side of blinds is the entrance to the rear apartment. Beds suck. This is another get rich property

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The spa-like bathroom was a treat and the house decor was very comfortable and clean. The front porch is cozy and great for enjoying the breeze! Loved being close to the beach and shops!

I enjoy that is very close to the beach while maintaining a relaxed residential environment with your own parking. Also, I love that there are so many wonderful restaurants and things to do nearby.

The amazing thing about this property is the location since it's very close to many attractions. Also, the residential environment since you will not be close to the crowds and you can relax. Finally, the porch and having place to park are very big perks in the area.
