Very cozy and welcoming condo. Had family games, close walk to the beach, and close atractions. Across from Rental is The Dragon Cove Golf Mini Golf.

This condo was perfect for what my grandson and I were needing. It is close to everything Restaurants, entertainment, and all kind of shops. My grandson was able to have a floor to himself that included a full bath and balcony. I stayed on the first floor with my dogs. This unit is pet friendly without an additional fee or weight requirements. I also loved that each bedroom had it's own television. Harry, the host was very responsive and attentive. We will definitely rent here again!

The house was clean, smelled good upon arrival (my son loved the wax melter), and it had everything we needed. Close proximity to everything. Neighborhood safe & quiet. Short walk to the beach.

Horrible Place to stay!!!

Place smells like animals refrigerator dirty air fryer dirty the dishwasher broken bed hard as bricks headboard hitting the wall shower curtain just was hanging pots all messed up and the list goes on i was so dissatisfied the gate wont open or close allthe way.mirrors was dirty ever last one of them and i can go on the stairs feel like you falling in them it was horrible.

Absolutely not true. All appliances are clean they were left dirty though by this guest. Gate is fully functional. All mirrors were cleaned and stairs are perfectly fine. Would never rent to this unstable person again. Good day.

Father’s Day weekend

Overall the place was good for the few nights we needed it but it could use some better cleaning and updating of utensils. There was sand in the pull out couch that I tried to vacuum but the vacuum was awful smelling and it died with no charger to be found. There was dog or cat hair all over the sheets. Dishwasher was about to fall out. No water pressure in the shower. No hot water downstairs and the faucet to the sink in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t work.

Faucet in the bathroom works fine and there is hot water in every faucet you have to turn hot water faucet on not the cold one. Sand is in the pull out couch because you most likely went to the beach and sat on the couch before using it. There is no vaccume in the place there is a small dirt devil. You also brought a dog with you which tracks hair in the house and we do allow pets with no pet fee. We have the best cleaning company in the area w 5 star reviews for over ten years and reject this review. Dishwasher casing also had to be fixed as this guest yanked it out of the casing which we did not charge her for.

Overall an okay place. Ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work nor did it have light bulbs in it. The bathroom was kind of gross around the base boards. The bed and linens were probably the lowest quality I’ve seen in a rental. After the first night we considered leaving because of how uncomfortable the was. The plus side is they allow dogs without a fee. If we were in our 20s the bedding would probably have been ok in our 40s not so much. Overall I would rate this place as a 3 it does the job but there’s no luxury here. You do get what you pay for.
