Authentic Norman manor house in a 6000m2 green setting, renovated and brought up to date for the comfort of families for a few days or a few weeks. Ideally located 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, the beaches (Honfleur, Deauville, and also Etretat) are 1 hour away, as are numerous cultural (castles, cathedrals), gastronomic, and entertainment sites (zoos and parks, treetop adventure courses, hiking/horseback riding...): - 30 minutes from Rouen and its Gothic churches, - 20 minutes from Pont Audemer, the "Venice of Normandy", - 50 minutes from Lisieux and its famous Basilica, - 1 hour from Étretat and its cliffs where lovers of Arsène Lupin stroll, - Close to places steeped in history such as the Domaine du Champ de Bataille or Le Bec-Hellouin, one of the most beautiful villages in France. It's a quiet village, but far from isolated. Exit 25 of the A13 motorway takes you 5 minutes from the property, and within a 5-minute drive you'll find: a hypermarket and two discount stores, a pizzeria, a fast-food restaurant (no advertising needed!), several restaurants with good value for money, sushi... as well as florists, bakeries, doctors... When you pass through the archway, you're guaranteed to disconnect. A parking area in front of the outbuilding can accommodate 6 to 8 cars. It's a 6000m² wooded plot, with numerous species for botany enthusiasts, on which we've built a covered (retractable) swimming pool, accessible from the end of April to the end of September and heated for your comfort, a ping-pong table for children (young and old), and a barbecue/picnic area to enjoy the days and evenings.
