The home was perfect for our group and we will definitely be back! The location can’t be beat, plenty of space for everyone, comfy beds, big (well appointed) kitchen and sledding right outside the door! A good time was had by all!

Beautiful June Lake property

The cabin was beautiful and in close proximity to the local shops and scenic areas that my party wanted to explore. We definitely will be coming back to stay in the near future !

Great stay at a great location

The property was very well maintained and had great amenities. It's proximity to June lake and other destinations close by (like Mammoth lakes) was a huge convenience. Would definitely recommend for a stay with family or friends!

June Lake Ski House

This is a great location for ski house to rent. The house was big enough to handle 13 ski friends.

Spring break at June Lake

Love that the Alpine Chalet had plenty of room for our family getaway. It had everything we needed and was walking distance to the restaurants and general store. It was also a great central location for us to explore all the spots we wanted to along Hwy 395. The only downside was we did have to wash some of the blankets prior to using them. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would book the chalet again.

Snowy paradise

This house is even better than advertised. Everything was clean, roomy and walking distance to everything in town and a short 2 min drive to June Mountain.

Lovely Place

My extended family was able to spend 4 days together in this lovely home. The view was wonderful. Lots of bathrooms! Clean and wonderful!

Perfect for large family

This house is huge and easily accommodated our family of 13. The location was ideal with walking distance from town and also from Gull Lake and the playground. Everything we needed was provided including a roaster when we needed something for cooking a turkey and there was an extra refrigerator in the garage. All in all it was a great place for our family to be together for a wonderful week.

The location was spectacular, the dining table was big enough for all. Rental easy - Mgmt. awesome! Issues: inadequate lighting in bunk room, beds rock hard throughout, microwave door and button sticks badly, had to be pulled open, chair in master bedroom completely broken, supported by the wall only way to keep it together; crumbs on the rug in master bedroom when we arrived. Other than that, we had a great time there. We look forward to returning next year!

Perfect for a large Family

This house was perfect for myself and my extended family there was a total of 12 people. Our children had a blast as well as us adults! Would definitely recommend the home for others. There were some dishes that were dirty in the cupboard as well as the grill and there was some water in the washing machine that left a mildew smell but none of that was an issue for us it was still a beautiful house and we had a great time.

Great Stay

The house was plenty big enough to house our group. We had the necessities we needed, although it would have been nice to have basic spices provided. There were a few minor upkeep items that needed addressed, like light bulbs being out and a loose tile under the kitchen rug caused a few of our party to trip. We enjoyed the decks and being able to walk to town and Gull Lake. Overall a great stay.

Great House, Great Location

This was our second time staying at this property. We had three families (six adults, 4 kids) and there was plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you'll need and the general store is a 3 min walk away. The house is actually walking distance to everything in June lake. (Even in the winter, though you probably wouldn't, you could walk to June Mountain in 15-20 mins.) This is easily one of the best properties in the area.

Great Multi-Family Home

We had a great stay at this home. It is centrally located to everything and best of all was the short 3 min walk to the market and ice cream shop. My family and I went fishing and hiking within walking distance- no car needed. The home has plenty of amenities to feel like home. We had a few large black ants in the kitchen, but the host came over with spray and we did not have an issue after spraying. The best part of the home was that each room had its own bathroom, which made getting ready for the day much quicker as well as giving kids a bath at the end of the day. We would stay again and highly recommend this home.

Family trip to June Lake

Wonderful time with family in a beautiful home in a great location. Comfy beds and very responsive owner. Only complaints were the buckling floor but property management company said it was new and they didn’t have time to repair it before our stay. Hot without a/c but they brought us more fans. Tons of moths but it was apparently common due to the amount of water and mosquitos this year

No A/C!!!

I understand that most houses in JL don’t have AC. This property has all of its windows facing west. It basically rendered the property unusable from 3 pm to 8 pm every day because it was unbearably hot inside (and we’re from Vegas). They had a few $20 box fans, but they didn’t help. We ended up hanging out in the garage during that time. You’re building a $2 million home, spring for some AC.

Fun but could use some repairs

This is a gorgeous house and we had a wonderful time. I read in the reviews before booking that other guests before us had issues with various things like broken microwave, oven won't turn off, etc. Those things were unfortunately still not fixed when we arrived. While I do know how to heat soup on a stove (see prior reply by owner), we had two babies with us and this made life difficult. The property managers were great and brought us a small portable microwave, which I know they had to do for another guest before us. The microwave should work in a property at this price. The icemaker also does not work, the door to the deck off the family room is nearly impossible to open. We were told by managers that replacements for all the broken blinds are already purchased and will be installed soon. Overall, an excellent house and amazing location. Could use a little love.
