Cozy place for 2

Perfect place for 2, walking distance to a lot of shopping, restaurants, and exploring. The only issue we had was hearing the people or person above us and it was very annoying to hear the noise from the upstairs apartment. If we stayed during sunnier weather we would’ve been gone more but, we went during cold rainy season so we were back at apartment earlier and heard the tenant(s) upstairs constantly :( But other then that, I give it 5 stars

Wonderful stay!

Luckily for us the summer festival was happening right down the street. We lucked out with beautiful weather and lots of shopping. The apartment was as pictured and very clean. Neighborhood was quite but, still had life from the summer visitors. Would definitely come again to this property! Thank you.

Wonderful Apartment in the Heart of Plymouth

My wife and I recently stayed at this property in our first trip to Plymouth. First, the location is great - you are in close walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. For us, however, the best surprise is how well appointed the room is, how spacious, and "light and bright" it is. Everything was very clean and refined. My wife particularly liked the luxury bedding for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, Stephen and Danielle were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with via text. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a stay in Plymouth. Will we stay here again? I certainly hope so!

Best place in Plymouth for a couple

This place was a fantastic spot to explore Plymouth and the surrounding areas. The place was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We didn’t have a car for the 1st 5 days and we didn’t even need one with everything being within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The property offered everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, great location, privacy. Just steps from local attractions, resturants and the harbor. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A Second Stay Worked Well Again

I am a second-time renter. As far as location on Plymouth Waterfront, it doesn’t get better. I stayed solo but the living room seating allowed for friends and family to drop by. A friend slept on the couch one night and said it was comfortable. Great view of The Plymouth Harbor, close to workout studios, great walking path, and all manner of food and drink within blocks.

Perfect Plymouth Perch

This property worked well for me. I went to yoga class on the street, went for nice runs on the water, enjoyed several of the coffee shops, wine bars, local organic grocery, walking trails, and historical sites all on foot. The bathroom is nice, bed comfortable, AC and heat worked well, plenty of hot water, and lovely patio seating. I cooked quite a few meals and the gas stove, pans, and kitchen tools had everything I needed. The dishwasher and washer dryer all worked very well. Everything in the place is in working order and I enjoyed watching TV both with family in the living room and in bed. The parking worked well and a disabled family member who walks with a cane was able to use both the front and back stairs that are just 3 steps. I appreciated the local insights from my greeter and took many of the suggestions! My brother who is over 6 feet slept on the pullout for a night and also said he slept well. As a very picky both healthy and gourmet diner, I was able to get exactly the food I wanted within walking distance!

Really enjoyed our time here. Well maintained (seemed brand new!) property. Nice outdoor space. Well located to downtown Plymouth.
