Amazing place to stay

The owner of the property is very friendly and respectful. Tons of wildlife in the area. Great fishing right off the deck. Boat ramp if very close to the property. House is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet.

Awesome location to vacation

Its a beautiful house, beautiful lake location with lots of privacy and very peaceful.The boys and spouse had lots of fun with kayaks and next near we hope to spend entire week.Going to buy fishing license also to prepare for some great fishing.Everything you need is supplied...a 10 in my book.John Devaurs

Even the rain couldn’t put a damper on a good time. The house is in a great location with a perfect view. We really enjoyed the pier and doing a little fishing. Very relaxing, very serene. The owner was very respondent to questions, nice and polite. Very accommodating. Make sure you take advantage of the provided kayaks and fishing equipment if you don’t have your own! Thanks for a fun stay!

Beautiful

This property is wonderful! The pier right out the back door, the fire pit off the porch, screened seating area, it is all perfect whether you are bringing a family or just for two. The house is clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to future bookings. Host responded to messages promptly and was very helpful when I had any questions.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend in this beautiful cabin. The beds were comfortable. The firewood supply is a very nice touch. We really enjoyed the fire pit. Everything we needed was in the cabin. Plenty of entertainment provided for all ages (kayaks, fishing tackle, TV’s in every room, games). I definitely recommend this cabin for a getaway.

House Of Huxley

Very nice place. Good stand a deep clean. Ceiling fans got 1/4” of dust on them. Windows dirty, spider webs. Very nice property. This is feed back for any one who cares.

Great Getaway

Property was comfortable and relaxing. So peaceful and quiet. Didn't want to leave!Outside patio had lots of big limbs on the porch. No dishtowels, stove was not very clean on top. Refrigerator could have been cleaner. Game room area was very dusty and dirty. These items were easy to overlook because the location and the rest was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again and tell friends about how great it was. Josh was great.! Kids enjoyed the swimming and kayaking.

Quick getaway

Love the house and area. Great host. Plenty of firewood provided which was perfect as a cold front came through and we all had a great time around the smokeless fire pit. Can't wait to go back and stay a little longer next time.

We were attending an activity in Tenaha and this location was very remote. I should have checked before booking. I am handicapped an hada fall and had to leave earl. AIG trip protection is a joke.

Heart of Huxley

Enjoyed the stay. Despite starting off with severe thunderstorms and tons of rain. We enjoyed our stay. House is nice and convenient. Ended up with sunny skies the last day and lots of fun. Will stay again. Host was great and check in and out was a breeze. The neighbor was friendly and funny. Great time

Fantastic stay

The cabin is roomy, clean, and cozy. Everything was as expected and we had a wonderful time! You definitely feel as if you’re spending your time at a private cabin on the lake in the forest. We plan to return soon

Relaxing Holiday getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean, cozy, and included many amenities. My kids were pleased with the basket of treats on arrival. We had fun fishing, kayaking, board games, darts, sitting by the fire etc. We loved being able to have our fur baby with us. We would love to return during the summer!

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! House is roomy and outside area has plenty of space to hang out. There were a couple of issues that were dealt with promply by contacting the owner who answered my txt and called right away!! Can' wait to come back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family ❤️ Do know that cell phone service can be a bit sketchy on the way up so map it out before you leave your house, just in case.

Very nice place!

We really enjoyed our stay this week. The house was very clean, well appointed for decorations and they had the kayaks, life jackets, fishing poles, everything you needed. Just bring the bait! Bring paper plates if you don’t want to wash dishes. There were many pots and pans, which was great. Plenty of spices, etc for cooking. We definitely will come back if we have the time. Owner of the house was very helpful and responded quickly to text. Thank you again Josh!!

Wonderful Home

We had a such wonderful stay. The cabin was clean, well maintained and it was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, paper towels, toiletries and even laundry detergent. It was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping space for us, parents and grandkids. The appliances are full size. My husband launched the boat from The boat ramp at Huxley Bay Marina, left the truck and trailer there and tied the boat at the dock on the property. The boat ramp was so close to the property. It was so convenient. We spent most of our time outside on in the screened in patio area. We would stay here again and recommend it.

We didn’t want to leave. Including the dog.

We have never rented a place before. If we go elsewhere they will have impossible standards to beat. We lacked for nothing. We brought things we didn’t need to bring. We will have to come back when the weather is warmer so we can enjoy the water sports. Josh was very responsive to my questions. He let us adapt the house to accommodate my disability. Don’t skip this gorgeous place!! You won’t regret it.
