We enjoyed our stay at this very clean well appointed cabin! We had everything we needed for 2 people and a small dog! It was quiet, private, but still close to Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. From one VRBO host to another-“Thank you so much!!”

Just be very aware that the pictures used to rent this unit are very deceptive. It was very clean. It is not "close" to Yellowstone and there is not a covered deck. There was one restaurant next door and a convenience store near by. It felt like part of a business area and a growing touristy area.

Yellowstone Getaway

Overall I had an amazing time in this cute property. It was just my husband and my dog so it was nice being able to take him! The place had everything I needed and check in and out was really smooth. Area was super clean and only a 17 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone. There’s an ATV rental about 100 yards from the place. Definitely returning! We had a fantastic time.

Anniversary getaway

My husband picked this place for our anniversary. Was amazing from beginning to end. Place is so cute and nicely decorated. Had a sweet welcome basket and treats in refrigerator. We have already shared this place with a friend. Perfect place to stay for our Yellowstone getaway. Only negative was tv was connecting to Netflix.

The cabin was cute but the area was not what we wanted or expected! Also, we have stayed in many Airbnb‘s & this one gave you zero amenities! Aside from Salt-N-Pepper, there was nothing usable and for people traveling that’s really an inconvenience. The least you could have there is coffee so we can get up in the morning and make coffee.

Buffalo Bungalow was cute but area was commercialized

The place itself was adorable. It had everything we needed, BUT it is located on a very busy road where ATVs are speeding by at all hours. The noise at times was deafening. WE wanted to sit outside on the front porch but all you can see from there is a parking lot and ATV rental place and a corn dog stand. Not what we pictured as a relaxing view. If you looked out the back bedroom window, you viewed a small RV trailer park...It is a great cabin but a bad location.

Sorry it wasn’t as quiet as you had hoped. Staying during the July 4th week (the busiest week of the summer) unfortunately everywhere in the Island Park area is that busy. We are specific in our description that we are within walking distance to commercial type businesses so our guests are not booking without having all the details of the cabin and the area. Clean but misleading

Good: clean, new Down side: broken window that causes a lot of rattling all night apparently management knew this and failed to tell us or get it fixed prior to our arrival. Excuse was it was rented continuously and i guess it takes more than 8 hours to change a window from the time someone checks out. We complained and they managed to patch it up same day so not sure why they could not prior to arrival. Towel situation is not good. I suggest bringing your own as they refuse to supply more than 1 per person no matter how ling your stay.

Yes unfortunately the neighboring property broke the outer window pane of the bedroom window. While it only took about 3 hours to replace the glass it took several weeks for the replacement to arrive as we are in a remote area and had to order it. We are so sorry for the inconvenience we didn’t have anyone else mentions the rattle or we definitely would have taken care of the situation before your arrival. We did come right over and did what we could to make your stay more comfortable as well as brought you an entire new set of towels and handed them directly to you within minutes of you calling which oddly you never used as they were still in the original packaging from the laundry service when you checked out. We do provide more than 1 towel per person. The extras are located under the bathroom sink. We are local and just minutes away so when guests call and need things we are very quick to respond to any requests or problems. So sorry again your stay wasn’t as you expected.

Buffalo Bungalow

This tiny cabin was perfect for me, my husband and our two dogs. It was warm and welcoming, had everything we needed, and there was ample room for our dog crates. It was very quiet since we were there during the off season and we didn't mind the drive each day to the park entrance. Things to consider: hooks by the door for leashes/coats, a rug inside the door for wet shoes and paws, safety bar in bathroom, no slip pads in the tub.

My stay

Tiny but fine. Needs a handle for support while getting out of the tub. A couple of towel hooks would help in bath and bedroom. Rather than the bench in the bedroom put shelves or cubbies or a dresser. The bedside drawers helped but not enough. However, we really enjoyed the property.

Thank you for your review. We do have bathroom hooks behind the bathroom doors, and a towel bar in the bathroom and just outside of the bath. Being tiny our spaces are very limited. We do have the bench for guests to put luggage on and a closet with hangers. Thanks again for staying.

Wonderful Cabin

We found this cabin exceptionally comfortable. It was immaculate and so charming, just as pictured. It was so quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Located just off Highway 20 it was very convenient for driving to West Yellowstone. Many other beautiful spots are easily accessed from this location. Island Park is a hidden gem. Everything worked perfectly. The wifi was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great Tiny Cabin

Super clean and cute as can be! Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils/cookware. Comfy bed! My only surprise was the location. Was not prepared to be so close to the Highway. Used a white noise app at night to mute the highway noise.

1st booking

This was my first booking with Vrbo! Cabin was exactly as pictured! Extremely clean and well maintained. This was the perfect spot for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs! Very close to west entrance of Yellowstone. Would definitely book again.
