This house is not a "Seasonal rental hotel" it is my house that I rent because I only come there at certain times of the year. It is therefore a house where you will find all the daily utensils and everything you need to spend a quiet stay.
This house was refurbished 6 years ago you will find 4 Large bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds, one with 1 single bed and a large double bed (parents/children room) and the last with a double bed and a reversible sofa. A total of 11 beds Maxi
There is still a lot of work to be done, it is a living house with imperfections and still things to do. I specify this because if you want a "perfect" house or a "witness of the decoration magazines" do not come to the "COQS DE MIREBOIS".
The price offered (considering the living area) already takes this into account, that being said, if you are looking for a relaxing place where you can spend moments with your family, happy and serene then our old house will be very happy to welcome you and will surprise you with its freshness in summer (without air conditioning) and by the feeling of well-being that you feel when you sit in the evening under the walnut tree watching the sun go down.
