The ample and open living room provides dramatic Mountain views that are truly breathtaking; while sunshine fills the room through the large glass panels that flank the western side of the house. At night kick it up a notch and light the gas fireplace to set the perfect ambiance for your evening indoors.

You and your guest will embrace the tranquil atmosphere of the warm and exotic patio areas. Enjoy being lost in time in your own private tiki inspired yard while soaking up the sunshine. There are multiple seating options for everyone, streaming from multiple pool lounge chaises to a nice arrangement of patio furniture huddled around a tabletop fire pit. No matter your position, there're lovely views surrounding you at Enchanting Oasis.

The elegant primary room seamlessly transitions to the verdant patio area through a glass slider to your patio covered spa. The en-suite bathroom is loaded with charm and features a seamless and spacious walk-in shower.

The house also offers a magnificent guest bedroom with its own private patio, king bed and en-suite bathroom.
Multiple outdoor spaces, gorgeous plants, mature palm trees, and plenty of citrus trees. The pool area is refreshing and exudes peace, tranquility, and nostalgia.

Kitchen has newer appliances, coffee lovers, don't worry there are several options, a Keurig (with pods), a traditional coffee pot, and accoutrements! There's even a natural gas barbecue available for your use as well.
We are very conscientious, we implement a buffer period between guests, and have the house professionally cleaned and sanitized, including washing all linens and towels. We want you to enjoy the magical experience of Enchanting Oasis.

Being a Good Vacation Rental Neighbor:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. These homeowners have made this home available to share with responsible groups that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

There is an optional fee to heat the pool at this home. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. The cost will be $69/day. (Recommended October through May)
