Village house in the centre of the small village of Chaynat, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Natural Park (Chaîne des Puys, natural lakes including Lake Aydat 15 minutes by car, Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, ski slopes 30 minutes away).
Direct access to many hiking and cycling trails (close to the GR30).
Clermont-Ferrand 20 min, quick access to the A75 (less than 10 min) and Polydome.
Shops, restaurants and markets 5 km away.

La Stuga is a pretty village house, semi-detached on one side, completely renovated in 2023, with the aim of preserving as much of its original character as possible (old floor, original stove brought up to standard, antique decoration,...), which offers a home full of authenticity and well equipped.
The first level on the vat room includes a kitchen with modern kitchenette, an office and toilet, then upstairs a bedroom (bed 140x200) with a shower room and a TV room.
Possibility to park near the house.
