We had an amazing stay at this beautiful residence! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The river views were incredible, and the location in Lake Havasu was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Zachary !

We have rented a house at Lake Havasu for the last 15 years. This is by far the nicest cleanest well equipped perfectly described home could not have been happier with our stay there.

Hi Gary, Coming from someone who has been visiting Lake Havasu for 15 years, that is such a massive compliment! Thank you for the kind words. We know there are plenty of choices in the area, so hearing that our home stood out as the cleanest and best-equipped means the world to us. We take a lot of pride in making sure the house is exactly as described (or better!), and we’re thrilled it hit the mark for you. We’d love to be your new 'go-to' spot for the next 15 years! You’re welcome back anytime. Zach

For somebody or family or small group with more than one or two boats or recreational toys this place is fantastic. We actually stuck six boats and trucks in the parking area. Place was clean and suited all of our needs. The dual air-conditioning sure didn’t hurt things in 108 weather. It was always comfortable. I would for sure book here again.

Hi Dan! Thank you so much for the awesome review! We were smiling reading about your 'fleet'—fitting six boats and trucks in the parking area is officially the new house record! 🏆 We’re so glad the property was the perfect home base for your group and that the dual A/C kept everyone frosty while it was sizzling outside. There’s nothing better than coming back to a cool house after a long day on the lake. You and your group are welcome back anytime. Next time you're in town, we’ll make sure the A/C is cranking and the parking lot is ready for the toys! Safe travels Zach

Great place

This lake house was very nice and had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. The house was very big to accommodate a lot of people. Plenty of parking for the boat.

We have stayed at several vacation rentals over the last 10 years and I must say this was at the top of the list. Our group loved the beds!!! Always a must when you are traveling. When looking for a place I look a reviews and make sure there are recent reviews - by date. Communication from owner is critical as well.

Hi Deb, Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! Being at the top of your list after 10 years of vacation rentals is such an honor—we know you’ve seen it all, so that really means the world to us. We are so glad the group loved the beds! We totally agree that a great night's sleep is the 'make or break' of a vacation, so we're thrilled you woke up refreshed and ready for the lake. Thank you also for noticing the communication and the importance of staying current. We love hosting and want our guests to feel supported from the moment they book until they head home. We’d love to host your group again whenever you need another Havasu getaway! Zach

We were attending a balloon event at the lake and needed a house that would accommodate our family and crew. The Host was very responsive with any issues I had. The property was gorgeous! It fit our needs perfectly. The parking was ample and the location was central enough to the town and easy to navigate. The beds were ample and very comfortable. The decor was super cute and fit the lake town vibe perfectly. We will definitely stay here again. This event may be an annual thing for us so we will definitely try to stay here again.

Desert Storm Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for the Desert Storm Poker Run with our family of six, and it was perfect for us! We had two trucks, two boats, and a car — and finding a place with enough parking for all of that in Lake Havasu is tough, but this house made it easy. The common areas were spacious and comfortable, making it a great place for everyone to hang out and relax after long days on the water. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and just as described. We had an awesome time and will definitely stay here again!

Family Teip

We had a great riv trip with the kids. This house is gorgeous and very comfortable for a large group. Lots of beds and living space. Beautiful neighborhood and good proximity to London Bridge marina(our marina of choice). Only one hiccup that Zach handled immediately. A/C worked great. All the amenities needed. Perfect trip.

Plenty of Space

Love the extra blankets and towels, it was clean with all new appliances. Love the coffee maker variety and access to the laundry room! Only notes that I wish I knew but now know for next time is to bring my own ice trays and gallons of water. The fridge / ice maker aren’t connected to water (which I understand why). Would stay again.

Definitely the Inside of the House was spacious and very clean. Very organized and we enjoyed the decor. We like the every room had a little basket of towels and the carpets were nice and vacuumed. The back yard was small but quiet and nice to sit out there in the evening. The only minor thing was the parking in front of the house - there was no sidewalk so we parked once by the gravel. Not a lot of asphalt from the Driveway to the front door so we had to carry our cooler around the rocks. But plenty of Parking on the side of the house. We definitely Enjoyed the House the whole time - no complaints - only compliments!

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout and had a great experience with us as hosts. Thank you also for the feedback regarding the bedrooms! Our home features a dual A/C system with separate controls for the living spaces and the bedroom hallway. We will make sure to update our welcome guide to better explain how to balance both units so the bedrooms stay ice-cold for our future guests. You were fantastic guests, and we would love to welcome you back to the lake anytime! Zach
