What a wonderful experience with the owner and travel company managing 143 Evian. The property is exactly as pictured and represented. It is lovely, clean and was the perfect place to stay. Our travel plans were changed last minute and Rhonda and the Travel Company wonderfully worked quickly to accommodate us. Communication was excellent and they turned our rocky start into a wonderful vacation. Community is welcoming, pool close by, a lovely landscape and easy access to the beach and local area. We got very lucky this property was available and felt so comfortable here. Thank you!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was spotless in home and it’s exactly like the pics posted. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We look forward to staying here again and making more memories.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the amenities and enjoyed the bike rentals and catering suggestions from The Vacation Co.

Winter get away

Despite a once in 30 yr snow fall we had an enjoyable 2 week visit. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Views out back were of a tee box of local golf course but porch was very private. 2 minor issues were immediately addressed and resolved by the property manager. We will return.

Clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Beds were good quality. Internet worked well. Living room was comfortable and could accommodate all 4 of us well. Evian was a great location in Shipyard. Tennis courts and pool are a short walk. Having the tennis academy on site was a big bonus for our family. Loved the biking trails. Golf was very affordable for a family after 4pm. We really enjoyed ourselves. Only drawback - at peak times the pool can get busy but otherwise fantastic.

Great....especially for dog friendly

Excellent unit, recently redone inside, very well equipped. Beds and bathrooms were great. Location in the woods right off the course....very quiet. Only negs are porch is quite small for 4 adults and the roku TV was difficult...everything was an app, streaming and/or a paywall... Well....we were not in HH to watch TV anyway.......99% great.

Everything was excellent. The only negative was that we were informed that pest control would be done on Thursday. We had our dog with us so we made it a point to leave with her. There was no time for the service given, so I was a little stressed wondering if they would come in first thing in the morning before we were out of bed or while we were showering. We took our dog to the Salty Dog only to be shocked that dogs are not allowed, so we returned and wanted to see if the pest control had been done. There were some men outside power washing, so I asked them if they were also doing the pest control. They said no that it had been done yesterday. I would just appreciate better communication on the pest control.

We sincerely apologize for the stress and inconvenience caused by the pest control scheduling. We completely understand your concern, especially when traveling with a pet and trying to plan your day around a scheduled service visit. Unfortunately, the pest control schedule is managed directly by the regime of the complex, not by our office. We share the information provided to us as soon as we receive it, but we are not given specific arrival times and, in some cases, the service providers may adjust their schedules without notifying us. As a result, we often do not know exactly when they will arrive or if they have changed the date of service. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back!

Great place to stay

The inside was very clean and taken care of. Evian is a great place to stay on the island, pools is great and bike ride to the beach isn’t bad at all. At the time we stayed the only way to watch tv was through streaming services. I didn’t like that but property manager stated that was being changed very soon. We will be staying here our next trip back to HHI.
