The accommodation
Ideally nestled in a small cul-de-sac 100 m from the lake, this beautiful luxury villa completely remodeled with a surface area of approximately 170 m2 on a plot of approximately 800 m2 will be a real haven of peace.

Built on a pretty wooded park with a heated swimming pool with submerged shutter and Located 100m from the lake, 800m from the city center and 1.5km from the beaches, you will leave your car and do everything on foot and by bike.
Absolute calm and birdsong await you!

Through its complete renovation, everything has been designed to offer comfort, serenity, proximity and privacy: several terrace areas inviting you to relax are at your disposal and a balcony offers you a nice little view of the lake.

While maintaining the Basque-Landes architectural style, the villa has a contemporary, sober and elegant style and decoration. The living rooms as well as the 6 bedrooms benefit from new equipment. Its large capacity will delight large families or couples of friends with children.
For information, a bedroom with shower room is adapted to standards for people with reduced mobility.

The living spaces are numerous:

On the first floor, is the main common room, with fully equipped open kitchen and dining room opening onto a pretty wooden terrace "Outdoor Lounge" and the swimming pool. The kitchen opens onto a bohemian pergola housing the dining area with plancha. A third small terrace in front with sofa and armchairs invites you to idleness with carefreeness. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a high-end hi-fi system.

The night area consists of 6 bedrooms: two master suites each equipped with large cupboards, 3 classic bedrooms with 160 cm beds, and a sixth bedroom with 160 cm bed and two bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms almost all have a balcony or terrace equipped with deckchairs/deck chairs. A total of 5 bathrooms: 2 "en suite", 3 independent (one with bathtub).

The green spaces have been designed so that you feel like you are in a cocoon. The swimming pool heated from May to the end of September (April and October not guaranteed because of the weather) is secured thanks to an automated roller shutter and an active alarm according to the standards in force. The park is equipped with a petanque court and a ping pong table.

The villa is perfect!The geographical location is excellent, everything is quickly accessible by bike, whether it is Hossegor or Capbreton (thanks to the bike paths, very well laid out in the city).
We were a group of 12, no one ran out of space, the house is fully equipped and functional.
Smooth and efficient 👍 communication

Superb house, with modern amenities. The air conditioning worked well, as did the radiators. The window shutters provided great privacy and kept the sun bright outside, for those who like to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped. The washer/dryer was awesome. We loved the pool! Excellent location, close to the main restaurant, the beach, and the waterway. We highly recommend, and will stay here again. Nadia was friendly and helpful!
