Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. I want to stay here again!

I have bookmarked this condo so that we can (hopefully!) stay here again. The location was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, the balcony and views were spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware & plenty of dishes if you choose to eat in. The pool, fitness center and hot tub were a great addition and the beach access was so convenient and easy. There are many great restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend this condo!

Great place with exceptional views

Loved dolphin watching from the balcony in the mornings. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean and as stated in description. Easy beach access.

2024 stay at Phoenix IV

All in all everything was good. The room was very clean and the view, as to be expected, was beautiful. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants.

Enjoyed it.

Property was clean, up to date. The walk to the beach down the ramp was super easy. All amenities were nice! The balcony provided a great view. Will stay here again.

Amazing Condo-highly recommend

We’ve stayed a many condos, but this has been one of the best! Love the little things that mean a lot- hard water pressure, comfortable and clean beds, enough elevators to accommodate the ample people, and beautiful views…. It had it all!!!!!! Thanks for a great vacation with much needed family time!

We had a great stay. The condo was as advertised. Great view from the balcony. We had a family of 6 and it worked well for us. The rooms were clean and fit our family well. Elevators were fairly quick, no issues getting to the beach and back to our room. The swimming pool was great and a nice break sometimes from the gulf waters.Check-in and parking were easy. We got a parking pass ahead of time. The beach area was nice, and the stores were in close proximity. The beach itself was very clean, and we rented chairs/umbrella for 3 days to save us from having to haul our own around. Worked well because the chairs and umbrella were already set up each day for us. Will stay in Orange Beach again.

Spring break getaway

Overall everything went very well. Bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable mattress I’ve stayed on outside of my own house. I do wish the cleaners payed a bit more attention to detail. A bit of mold in the shower on a few grout lines and the baseboards and wall behind the trash can needed to be wiped. Overall it was a good choice and would recommend it to others.

Great view!

Condo is in a great location and an amazing view from the 15th floor! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for my wife and our 4 kids to relax in. Fairly quiet being it’s towards the end of Orange Beach yet close enough to easily access food and shopping. Beach was not crowded. We had a great time exploring the beach and the area.

Nice place in an older building

Our condo was nice, somewhat clean. About time to do a reno as there were multiple cracking floor tiles and a dated kitchen which is probably all of the condos at the Phoenix 6 at this point. Overall, a good place for the money in the increasingly expensive Orange Beach area.

Pleasant stay

The location and overall description were spot on. The view was great with just a short walk to the beach. My only criticism was the condo lacked some basic items that are expected for this type of booking. The kitchen had a full size range but no condiments...not even salt and paper. Pottie paper was in short supply. Small things.

What a view!

Clean, beautiful unit. Friendly staff, check in process is a breeze! The view from this unit is absolutely stunning….. like seriously gorgeous. The ocean looks so beautiful at night, as we had a full moon during our stay. You can hear the surf crashing against the shore, which is so relaxing. We wholeheartedly plan on staying again next year. So much fun, lots of things to do that are close by. Parking was expensive though, at fifty-five for a single car. Secure location, with security at the entrance/exit and on the property. We adore Phoenix XI!!!!
