Our pretty villa LICCIA is peaceful without vis-à-vis, it will offer you a relaxing stay for the whole family or friends.

Composition of our 150 m2 air-conditioned Villa:
2 master suites with Italian shower and WC, with direct access to a covered terrace facing south.
2 other bedrooms.
1 bathroom with Italian shower and bathtub
1 separate toilet
1 living room of 60 m2 with TV room, S to M
open kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, large refrigerator, filter and pod coffee maker, toaster, you will also have a washing machine and freezer at your disposal)
This pleasant living room opens onto a covered terrace equipped with ceiling fans, garden furniture and table, Barbecue/plancha area, a swimming pool (4×8), deckchairs and parasols.

Villa Liccia is located halfway between Cap Corse and Bonifacio, on the eastern coast of the island between the sea and the mountains.
Ideally located in the center of activities and tourist sites:
1 hour from the Aiguilles de Bavella, Porto Vecchio and Corte.
2 hours from Ajaccio, 1h30 from Bastia, 20 minutes from Solenzara.
The first beach is 5 minutes away
The villa is close (800m) to the village square where the market is located on Saturdays (and Tuesdays in July and August), bakery, tobacconist/newsagent/post office with ATM
supermarket, bars and restaurants.
