The residence is located in front of the cycle paths that serve the beaches, the city center etc... a private parking and everything you need for a good stay.
Inside the accommodation, here are the equipments: dishwasher, toaster, 4-burner induction hob, combined microwave oven, coffee makers, babycook kettle etc
In the children's room 2 single bunk beds 90x190, 1 travel cot, duvets and pillows new.
In the adult room 1 bed 140x190 duvets and pillows. New bedspread, (do not use it as a blanket please)

You will have the possibility to put your bikes in the shed or on the terrace. A bike rental service and the tourist office is a few steps away so that you can enjoy the beautiful walks on the wild coast, visit St Palais, the lighthouse of Courbes, Royan etc...

Outside, everything you need to have meals table, chairs, plancha, sunbathing etc. to enjoy the sun.

A baby set is available in the house free of charge: cot, babycook.

We do not offer bed linen and towel service due to the new regulations of the Lemer law.

You will have the possibility to make a self-entry and/or with the concierge service.

We are flexible on arrival times, a traditional self-entry may be possible.
In this case, I beg you to take all precautions not to disturb the neighborhood.

Small dogs are allowed, they must not be destructive in any way, sleep in beds or the like. A request must be sent to us in advance. We also have pets, and we respect the environment.
Additional fees may be requested in case of damage.

Option: cleaning fee 90€
Deposit: cleaning deposit 90€, stay deposit 800€ to be given to the concierge upon arrival.
