Essential toiletries provided in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). Fresh towels and linens included, plus a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer (detergent provided).

Water temp is set at 82°F, but can be increased to 85°F for $35/day (*must be applied for the entire stay).

May be available for $50 per hour. Please ask the host at least 24 hours in advance.
✹ Outdoor park style grill is free to use — charcoal not provided.
✹ Private outdoor fire pit is free to use — firewood not provided.

☆☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆☆
WATER
The cabin uses private well water with a treatment system. There may be a slight smell typical of well water — we recommend not showering with jewelry on.
Due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances, certain amenities may occasionally be unavailable. We will always do our best to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

Since we are located in the mountains, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control, but because these situations are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for them. Thank you for understanding!
