Jeremy’s house is very well located in Cary, with lots of restaurants, stores and things to do conveniently close to it. It also has everything you need for a stay - kitchen is well equipped, functioning appliances, and convenient parking. He is also very communicative and helpful. The house was clean overall, but there are some spaces/ surfaces that could use a bit more attention.Would not say this is a very baby/ toddler friendly house. The stairs seemed dangerous for our toddler and it isn’t childproof so we had to keep him contained at all times. While it is in a mostly quiet neighborhood, there is traffic that can be felt throughout the night, especially in the smaller bedroom. Also, walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors pretty clearly.Lastly, and I know that this is pretty common at this point, the host asks for bedding and towels to be removed and placed in the washer, and dirty dishes to be placed in the dishwasher which should be run before you leave. This isn’t included in the listing, at least not that I could find. This is annoying when guests have to pay for cleaning fees - again, I have seen this in other houses so I understand it is standard procedure at this point, but these stays aren’t cheap and it is annoying to have to do this work for them.Overall a good experience, just not the perfect fit for my family.
