Look no further for the perfect place to stay during your time in Colorado Springs! Located just between historic Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, just minutes from Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, and Pikes Peak!

This newly remodeled and furnished 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home has all the modern amenities you will enjoy, plus the charm and character of a turn-of-the-century property!

Main level living includes family room with 70-inch flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, leather sofa and ottoman, comfy seating for 7, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, coffee bar, and large kitchen table with seating for 8. Three bedrooms sleep 5 with large TVs, one bathroom with tile shower and heated floors. Dual master bedrooms, upstairs bedroom has gas fireplace and private door to backyard. Downstairs walk out basement master with large TV and additional private entrance, as well as laundry room with washer and dryer. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars with partial covered carport.

This home is accessible by a flight of stairs to the main entrance, as well as a spiral staircase going down to basement master bedroom.

Fully landscaped front yard and private backyard with calming water feature, outdoor seating, and sliding screen door access to kitchen and rear bedroom.

Home is equipped with cable, WIFI, and smart TVs in all rooms. Security cameras present to view driveway/street entrance only.

Dining, shopping, hiking & biking trails are all within walking distance. Garden of the Gods trail entrance and Academy Riding Stables are located in this neighborhood!

Additional equipment available upon request includes: Full size air mattress, Halo bassinet, pack & play, high chair, baby gate for staircase. Please notify us in advance if you need one of these during your stay.

CO Springs

Loved the fully stocked property, clean and remodeled very pretty! Quiet neighborhood and convenient to Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, grocery and restaurants. The Host is a gem!

Perfect Stay

This home is the perfect place to stay if you want to be surrounded by beauty and wonder - we miss it already! The accommodations are lovely, the location is close to everything and the host is wonderful. I hope to stay here again on our next trip and would highly recommend to anyone.

Garden of Gods oasis

We loved staying so close to the GOG trails, in a comfortable and welcoming home, with a beautiful outdoor space. We cooked and enjoyed a fully stocked kitchen. It was perfect!

Perfection

This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to amazing trails and views. The water feature was the cherry on top. I would recommend this place to anyone coming in the area for garden of the gods. You wont regret it.

Great proximity to the incline, GOGs, Grocery store and town. The property is so cute and clean!!! Owner was very responsive! Definitely staying here again!

Clean, convenient, and cozy

Perfect stay for our family. The location was outstanding. The stairs to the basement room are a little tricky but you get used to them. The outdoor area isn’t pictured but was a highlight of the property. We even had a mule deer visit.

This was an amazing house! It was exactly how it was presented, the owner left easy instructions, the house was in a great location to get to all the fun things to do in the area. The house was clean, well stocked with everything my family needed, it was a fantastic experience!

Aug short stay

Nicely remodeled home near garden of the gods. King bed in lower level that you need to use spiral stairs to access. Backyard with seating and fire pit nice for the evenings.

Absolute Gem!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Location is fabulous and accommodations are wonderful! Lovely outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the lovely Colorado outdoors! Close to Garden of the Gods and especially close the the G of the G Stables! Great restaurants very close and a quick jaunt to downtown Colorado Springs!

Excellent Location

Well suited for easy access to Cheyenne Mountain, the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and more. You can easily, and quickly, see your pick of the day without factoring in lengthy travel to and from. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with this house and my girls thought they were in such a special place. The outdoor living is amazing, and all amenities are high end. We were so close to all our vacation destinations. I could not have been better.

Perfect location

Jennifer, the host, was wonderful. She was responsive and referred us to some wonderful restaurants. The house was well furnished. The property is located close to many venues we wanted to visit. It is a quiet neighborhood and we were very pleased. Couldn’t be happier!

It’s been 21 yrs since we had been to Colorado Springs. This was a great trip to reminisce and show the kids the wonders of Colorado. The home we stayed in was as close to perfect as could be. We will definitely try to book this place again in the future.

Awesome place!

This place is awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was super clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The back yard is a great place to hang out. The extra supplies provided for us was a generous added perk and we really appreciated it. The hosts really thought of every detail to make a comfortable stay for us. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home

Beautiful house with great amenities— highly recommend!!! Everything was as pictured, if not better. The property manager was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. This was a great location - close to downtown old Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods. Would stay again.
