Welcome to our fully restored house combining the charm of the old and modern comforts! This house is set in a farmhouse and a large park of 3 hectares where you will enjoy the calm of the countryside; we are located 1 km from the sea and 4 km from the beaches of the almost island of St Jacut from the sea
This terraced house has a terrace and a private outdoor space
The house is located on two levels:
On the first floor, there is a large living room with fully equipped kitchen area (oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave, small appliances and worktop), a dining area with a large table and a lounge area with sofa and armchairs, decorated with a wood stove
A separate toilet is also located on the first floor
On the first floor are the three bedrooms (a bedroom with a double bed 160, a bedroom with two single beds 90 by 200, a bedroom with bunk beds ideal for two children) as well as the bathroom equipped with a shower, two sinks and a toilet)
The accommodations are equipped with wifi, a TV, some books and board games.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with table and benches, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs
The parking lot is located under a large hangar on site;
The beaches of St Jacut are very close, about ten minutes by car, but you can also very easily go to the beaches of Lancieux, St Briac, St Cast;
Many activities for young and old are nearby: tree climbing, kite surfing, sailing school, horse riding, golf, hiking on the GR 34, Bourbansais zoological park, large aquarium of St Malo...
The region is beautiful, many tourist sites are nearby such as Cap Fréhel and the castle of Fort La Latte, Mt St Michel, the cities of St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Cancale, the almost island of Ebihens accessible only at low tide...
The caretaker who lives there all year round will welcome you and will be at your disposal to facilitate your stay
Holidaymakers are asked to return the house as they found it on arrival; however, it is possible to subscribe to a cleaning package for an amount of 60 euros
The capacity of the cottage can be increased to 10 beds (access to a terraced house via the first floor; 3 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom) on request and for an additional rent
