The Sports Center indoor tennis, saunas, racquetball, ping pong, and fitness rooms will remain open until January 2024. Indoor amenities will be closed for renovations from January through March 2024.

The Lower Level of the home offers up a large game room w/wet bar, mini fridge, and pool table. Additionally, in the game room, there is a large smart TV and plenty of seating for movie/game nights. If you head outside from the game room, you will find the private, covered outside shower and grilling space. This area gives way to the heated (w/fee) pool and new hot tub. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is less through traffic than on the main roads in Corolla Light.
