Lake Michigan - Sunset View Cottage med servitut for adgang til søen, Good Hart

Fire soveværelser til leje. Beliggende 12 miles nord for Harbor Springs på naturskønne M-119 (den nationalt berømte “Tunnel of Trees”) i Good Hart, Michigan. Fantastisk område for cyklister (sidste ben af DALMAC-cykelturen).

Vi foretrækker leje af lørdag til lørdag i juni-august.

Næsten 2.000 kvadratmeter har huset en smuk udsigt mod solnedgang, Lake Michigan-udsigter fra de fleste værelser. Fire soveværelser, tre fulde bade - inkl. Soveværelse med king-size, luksuriøs seng med topmadrasser, 1.000 trådtæppe sengelinned, walk-in closet og tilstødende fuldt bad. Der er to queensize-senge med dobbeltseng og en anden dobbelt størrelse topmadras i de resterende tre soveværelser. Moderne færdig kælder.

Huset har tre separate opholdsområder, der giver mulighed for store familiesammenkomster.

Køkkenet har et køleskab og gasovn / rækkevidde, opvaskemaskine og mikroovn, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, 4 HDTV'er i hele huset (inkl. 62 "tommer med stereolyd med surround sound i kælderen). Der er to tv'er udstyret med Apple TV og to med Roku (tilgængelig til at streame Netflix, Hulu, HBO Now osv. Plus lokale tv-kanaler) og Blu-Ray DVD-afspillere, fire stereoanlæg og kælderrum med ping pong bord og kortbord - tilbyder alle de væsener der er hjemme. Højhastigheds, trådløs internetforbindelse i hele huset. Sengelinned, badehåndklæder, køkken- og spisebord leveret af hytteejer.

Hus beliggende 400 meter fra vejen på stærkt skovklædt 5+ hektar stort område med afsondret privatliv. Strand servitut placeret under ejendom for privat adgang til stranden. To strande i township inden for en mile fra sommerhuset. Disse adgangspunkter giver mulighed for dejlig strandkæmning. Masser af offentlige og semi-private golfbaner inden for nem køreafstand. Rekreative søer i landet (Burt Lake, Crooked Lake, Pickerel Lake, Larks Lake, Douglas Lake og andre) i nærheden.

Dejlige unikke butikker og General Store med i gåafstand.

Bare 20 minutter fra Boyne Highlands golf og skiløb.

Syv miles syd for den berømte Legs Inn, Cross Village. Otte miles nord for Pond Hill Farm og Harbor Springs Winery. Nyd glasblæsning på Good Hart Glass Works eller laver håndværk i Three Pines Studio.

Great location and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at the house with our large family of young adults/older teens. The area is quiet but close enough to action if you want it. We loved the Church beach and spending time on the outside deck. We would stay again.

Peaceful, crazy weather in May

Packed shorts and mittens, needed them both. Two days over 85! And then it went into the 40’s. You’ll never tire of the view at this cottage. The family provides lots of dishes & cookware, as well as storage stuff. We’ve stayed here before. Strangely, this time I found a plate of cooked bacon in the microwave & Spouse removed a large shard of glass from the garbage disposal. I do not hold the hosts or housekeeping responsible for this, the towels had fancy hotel folding this year. The internet service was strong enough for all our devices. The porch is great for bicycle repair. I set up my sewing machine in the living room so I can see the lake while I work on. my quilting. Windward is very special, we hope to return again. Thanks, Pat for making it available.

Lake over look

We had a great time in the quiet hamlet of Good Hart. The back yard was full of wildlife, beautiful trees, fantastic deck with grill and comfortable seating. The house was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Nice walk to the two beaches and all kinds of hiking/walking trails. The view of Lake Michigan was over the top.

Little piece of paradises

This property was everything and more of what it says. Kitchen, and bathrooms well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a fabulous time just sitting and looking out in Lake Michigan and seeing amazing sunset. Will be back again

Cooler by the lake

Michigan vacation

Property was clean and very roomy. A bit outdated but had a rustic charm. Overall, the accommodations were very good in meeting our needs. Access to the beach was a bit farther away than we would have preferred, but the beach was spectacular! Beach was sandy spacious with no rocks. We all enjoyed our stay! Thank you. :-)

Relaxing

We loved the overall comfortable homeyness of this house. We all agreed it felt lived in, and was loved, not sterile. Plenty of supplies, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoy preparing some meals in and we had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. Loved the outdoor seating, the swing esp, and watched some gorgeous sunsets. The beaches and adorable shops were super close by. Our hostess was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommended, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect relaxing Lake views

Well organized, beautiful house . Plenty of space to leave hobbies and books in progress in between hikes. We enjoyed meals at small local restaurants a few times. Everything I want for cooking and baking is provided. Sunsets are beautiful.

Great spot

We love this place. The house easily sleeps 7 and can accommodate 8 adults. The house has plenty of kitchen items for eating, cooking, drinking. It is up a long drive that removes you from traffic noise. The spacious grounds gives a wonderful view of Lake Michigan. The sunsets are spectacular. The outside area has a high end grill. The deck has 2 tables making outside eating enjoyable. There is a nice fire pit supplied with cut wood. This was our second time staying at this home and we are already reserving our stay for 2025.

Would stay again!

Cottage was roomy, super clean and furnished with anything we needed. The view was stunning and lots of spots to sit and enjoy. No access to the lake on the property but the beach is a 2 minute drive away. Mesmerizing sunsets every night, lake breezes, bonfires and the quaint Good Hart General store is a 5 minute walk away. Couldn't ask for anything more. We can absolutely see why people come back every year.

Beautiful view

Everything was good all eight of us had a great time. Loved the sunset. We couldn’t understand the way down to Lake Michigan. The bathroom, kitchen and Bedroom were clean. but need to do something about the mildew smell. Windows needed a little attention. But that was just me I have cleaned houses for 40 years . Overall I would give it a 4 star. The host was great Thank you Jody

Fantastic views

Seven of us who went to college together in the early 70’s had our annual gathering at this home. The home was a great size with lots of room for a group to gather. It was very comfortable. But the best thing about this house is the magnificent views from the patio. The yard and patio area are fabulous. If you are in the area I would highly recommend the Pointer boat tour in Harbor Springs.

Warm, large cabin along the Tunnel of Trees

This home is located (in the woods just off SR119) about half-way along the Tunnel of Trees, and convenient for excursions to Mackinaw City, Harbor Springs, and Petoskey. With 4 bedrooms, it can easily house 8 adults. It is incredibly well equipped with everything we needed to cook and play. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed hikes in several nearby state parks, shopping in up-scale stores, and dinners in very good restaurants within 1/2 hour drive. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Excellent Getaway

Good Hart captured our hearts with their incredible friendly neighbors and shop owners. The beaches were beautiful, everything we could have wanted and imagined it would be. The home was clean and roomy for our family, and very well stocked. Although not directly on the water, we were less than 2 miles driving distance, which worked out well. Thank you, Pat, for opening your home to us and allowing our family to create memories that will surely last a lifetime. We would recommend Good Hart and this location to others and hope to return soon!

Spectacular Getaway in Northern Michigan

Lovely place in Goodhart, MI! Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinac all easily accessible. Don't need to go far though - white sandy beaches off Lake Michigan shoreline within a mile of house. Sunsets are a delight. This is a little paradise of its own. Highly recommend - we keep coming back! Great for cycling as well. Wilderness State Park is 15 miles north with sand dunes and more beautiful shoreline. This is a favorite place to visit for us. ❤

The pictures don't do it justice!

Our family is absolutely in love with this property! The views are amazing and the owner has thought of EVERYTHING. So much attention to detail. Everything was clean and there was so much space that if you needed some space from the group, it was easily achieved. The basement with the ping pong table, huge TV and games galore was such a bonus! We loved the short drive to Church Beach and Legs Inn is a must for anyone staying here! We look forward to returning Summer 2016!

Great place and prompt service

The Khera family had the most memorable time at this beautiful home. The views from the bluff swing and deck were breathtaking and the kids thoroughly enjoyed both the walks to the beach and the fun time they spent there every evening. Spotting deer, woodpeckers and chasing squirrels around the property gave us memories we will always cherish. The home was so warm and cozy and very well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay and look forward to coming here again in future. Thank you once again for being such a kind and cordial host. We appreciate your hospitality and will be back again to make more beautiful memories in future

Peace & Tranquility

It is a wonderful, peaceful place overlooking beautiful Lake Michigan. Large enough to have a nice family gathering and plenty of yard for outdoor games and a game room in the basement. I The only downfall is that it was more than we were we comfortable paying but at least all linens and soaps, and toiletries were provided. The owner (Pam?) was amazing. She quickly responded to all my inquiries and was very pleasant and helpful.

Love all nature has to offer. Blessed to be able to view and access the Great Lakes. M119 is my favorite road bike ride. Our cottage holds generations of great memories.

This property was purchased shortly after Pat cycled the DALMAC, and was introduced to the beauty of M 119 and Emmet County. It has brought many years of enjoyment to her friends and family.

This property has fabulous sunset views of Lake Michigan. It has plenty of space indoors and out for large families to gather together and find their own area to enjoy their own time. It is located along the famous M119 Tunnel of Trees. One of the most beautiful drives in the nation. This location is also a great remote home office. The location is in the heart of great numerous preserves for hiking given all the Little Traverse Conservancy properties https://landtrust.org/nature-preserve-map. You can also boat in the Great Lakes or along the inland waterway.
