Arrival is effortless with secure garage parking accessible via your own private entry code. This spacious area is shared with our neighboring sister unit and is equipped with 24-hour interior garage and exterior security monitoring.

Beyond the convenience of being just steps from your entrance, the garage provides year-round comfort with radiant floor heating and the added safety of a registered EF-5 storm shelter.

A Clean, Healthy Environment

To maintain a pristine environment for guests with allergies or little ones, we follow a strict no-pet policy and a shoe-free interior. We provide a convenient shoe tray and coat hooks at the garage entrance—feel free to bring your favorite slippers and enjoy the luxury of our heated floors, which extend throughout the property alongside climate-controlled air conditioning.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open-concept living area filled with natural light from a six-foot “sky view” window—perfect for watching the famous West Texas sunsets in total privacy.

The chef-ready kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), and a reverse osmosis system providing purified water for both the sink and ice maker. We provide all necessary cookware, dishes, and even a selection of cookbooks.

Skip the laundromat! Your stay includes access to full-sized laundry facilities located in our heated garage. Bathroom & Bedroom

The bathroom features a marble-surround shower with a glass enclosure and an adjustable shower head, powered by a tankless water heater for endless hot water. We provide premium toiletries, plush linens, and a first-aid kit for your convenience.

The bedroom serves as a quiet sanctuary with a king-sized bed, quality linens, a 42-inch Smart TV, a dedicated workspace, and ample storage.

The Sunroom & Courtyard

For a change of pace, head downstairs to your private sunroom and courtyard. The sunroom is an ideal spot for morning coffee, private TV time, or a quiet book, while the courtyard offers a secluded oasis with tumbled paver floors, an eight-foot privacy fence, seasonal plantings, and a mature shade tree.

Your Safety

Safety is our priority. The loft is equipped with a fire blanket (kitchen), a fire extinguisher (garage), and an egress window with an escape ladder in the bedroom. Detailed severe weather instructions and house rules are located in your Welcome Book.
