Just a 7 min walk to Path Train, this apartment is conveniently located for groups looking to travel to Manhattan, Downtown Jersey, and Hoboken just a few stops away!

The apt has 3 incredibly comfortable bedrooms, 1 large marble tiled bathroom with a walk in shower, a fully stocked kitchen with Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, a dining table and 3 smart TVs throughout - 60", 55" and 50".

Accurate description, great communication. Only issue for super young / super old folks might be the entry stairs burning you’re aged 6-60 you’re fine. Will stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. The property is easy to access, clean and in good condition. The owner is very easy to a hold of and takes care of anything you need right away. Very responsive. Neighborhood felt safe and you had very easy access to NYC. We spent most of our time in Manhattan and found it to be very convenient to get back and forth.There are a few options for parking. We chose a parking garage just a short 5min walk down the street and it was 20/day. Didn’t eat in the area much but the coffee shop on the corner is fantastic and we walked down each morning. There is a grocery store just a short walk away as well for anything that you need. Great little property with all the basics. We didn’t cook there so not sure about all utensils and cookware. Beds had nice linens and they were very comfortable. The front bedroom is right on the street so it was a bit loud. If you are a light sleeper I would suggest ear plugs. WiFi worked and the bathroom was updated w a large shower.

Place was great, owner was communicative, helped me fix some things that weren't working around the house. Offered late checkout as well which was amazing.

The Location is very good to rech by public trains and busses. The house is pretty fine when you want to visit NY.

Convenient, updated and a great value stay for your NYC travels!

Great communication with the host, just a few minute walk to the PATH train taking you directly into the city, great coffee down the block, a central market on the same block, and the property has all the amenities you’ll need during your stay!

A comfortable and convenient apartment that’s just a short Path train ride to Manhattan. It’s a great deal compared to similar rentals in NYC. The apartment was clean and well set up. The host was responsive and professional.

My family and I stayed here in August this year. It is in a perfect location to access the PATH commuter train to Manhattan (just around the corner). It was the most convenient for accessing the different areas of Manhattan. We also really enjoyed sightseeing and exploring Jersey City. It was a nice surprise with great restaurants and the best place to view the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island in Liberty Park. The owner Matt was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood with its authentic vibe.

Great Experience!

The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was great! It was really easy to access public transportation, the area was quiet, and the owner was great at responding quickly to any questions we had. Overall a great time!

Great location and proximity to NYC

Pretty responsive host and a great location. The apartment is very near to the Journal square PATH station. No complaints other than some minor cosmetic things that need to be taken care of at the apartment. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Great location!

Perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We took the PATH each day to Manhattan, it’s a close walk from the appartement. We left our car at Bob’s garage for our entire stay and had no problems at all.

Great property

The space was clean, pleasant and just as described. I had a couple of questions and they were answered right away. Close walk to the PATH and a very safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend!

Cute apartment

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Great shower! Nice to have 3 bedrooms! Close to a nice grocery store and close to Path station. A downside was that we could hear street noise at night.

Jersey City Delight!

Beautiful place and the blue stairs and twinkle light made it much easier to find! Matt and Chloe were great with communication and could not have been better hosts. It was a perfect location for those wanting to be near NYC an was very quiet in the evenings. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent Location

The rental unit was very well placed for access to the PATH train into NYC. The neighborhood was nice enough. There were lots of services close at hand. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Good times in NYC

We enjoyed the stay here. The properly was as described and clean and neat. The location was okay and easily can walk to PATH for transport into Manhattan. It did take longer than expected, but we were on vacation so no issues. All in all, good!

Good place to stay specially if its just sleeping, we miss understood how many can fit but we find solution. The owner (math) is nice and easy to negotiate. I just gave 4 stars due to miss communication .over all its a good place to stay

Perfect Space for Us

This was a wonderful, charming top-floor apartment that looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family to spread out for a week. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped for our stay and the couch and beds were super comfortable. We loved being close enough to walk to restaurants and the PATH train to go into NYC. The host was excellent with communication and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we hoped for. Highly recommend--10/10-- and hope to come back some day!

Convenient and comfortable

Quick manager response with very helpful information. Ease of walk to PATH station. Convenient local store and Rositas Yah cafe super handy and good. Matt was always responsive and helpful. BTW good restaurant on grove st 1stop away.

Attractive, comfortable place

Very attractive and comfortable place. Nice to have the train nearby. Had problems with parking on the street. And if you’re not used to urban settings the neighborhood can be a little intimidating. We had no problems.

Great value family accommodation within easy reach of NYC and Jersey city.

Just back from a great week at the house in Bergen area of Jersey City. House is exactly as advertised; clean, all amenities available and spacious enough for accommodate us easily. PATH train station is an 8 min walk away for routes into NYC and Jersey City. Time to 33rd street approx 35 mins. Communication from hosts excellent at all times and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay in NYC

We really enjoyed our stay at Matt’s apartment in Jersey City. Great location, easy access to Journal Square PATH station to the City. Clean apt with ample space. Matt was a great host, and offered some good recommendations for nearby coffee and pizza. There are a lot of stairs to walk up, which wasn’t a problem for us - but should be considered for anyone renting. Nice touch with Christmas decorations in the apt for the holidays as well! You won’t go wrong with this apt for a trip to NYC.
