The property is situated facing the sea at an altitude of 350 meters, with no overlooking neighbors. The nearest neighbors are 50 meters away and not visible from the house, at the end of a 400-meter dirt road descending from the main road. It consists of this main house and a small adjacent house (belonging to us) with independent access and no shared areas. It is located in the northern part of the island, 4 km from the authentic village of Potamos. Accommodating 6 people, it features: - Air-conditioned master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom - Bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - Bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, both bedrooms sharing a bathroom. You will have a large kitchen/dining room opening onto a patio equipped for outdoor dining, a covered veranda with benches and armchairs accessible from the living room, and another shaded patio with armchairs accessible from the master bedroom. This represents 180m² of living space plus patios, a veranda, and a roof terrace. The household appliances are fully equipped. The rental includes linens changed weekly, weekly cleaning, and a final cleaning upon your departure. The beaches: the island remains quite wild; the two nearest beaches are 4km away, about a ten-minute drive along small roads. One is a cove, the other is attached to a small port with numerous restaurants with waterfront terraces and shops. In total, about ten beaches are accessible by car.
