This charming beachfront duplex is perfectly positioned just steps from the Gulf’s edge and features a shared, beach-facing pool—offering both surf and swim in one relaxing location. Whether you're dining on the screened porch, lounging by the pool, or watching the waves from your bedroom, Rest Area East delivers stunning views and space for up to 18 guests to unwind in comfort. A beachfront pool is the ultimate vacation amenity and this one is shared only with the other side of the duplex.

Pro tip: Bring your favorite beverages—this home includes two full-size refrigerators and a built-in bar with an icemaker.

The Space

From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the spacious, open layout designed for gathering. The main living area features a large screen TV, sleeper sofa, and expansive windows that flood the space with natural light and offer breathtaking beach views.

Gather around the custom, oversized dining table, which seats 14, with an additional four seats at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for cooking meals or prepping snacks for the beach. The adjacent bar area—with an icemaker and second fridge—is a guest favorite.
