This house gives the impression of being immersed in the forest, yet it is ideally located on Rue de la Grand Plage in Saint Georges de Didonne. It can accommodate 6 people, but for optimal comfort, a maximum of 4 is recommended. A peaceful exterior and a cozy interior offer you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday in complete serenity in a unique setting where nature and tranquility blend perfectly. The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the Parc district market is a 10-minute walk. A large garden and a covered terrace allow you to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. The house: First floor: The entrance to the accommodations are through the kitchen. A large, fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences (fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, etc.). A separate WC is located between the kitchen and the living area. The living area opens onto the front of the house with direct access to the garden. This room is divided into two sections: - the dining area with a table and chairs; - the lounge area with armchairs and a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Television. A first bathroom with a shower and single sink is accessible. Upstairs is the bedroom with storage, a double bed (140 cm) and a television, as well as an adjoining shower room with a single sink. Hair dryer and towel warmer available. The annex: An independent annex where two people can be accommodated thanks to the double bed (140 cm). An adjoining shower, sink, and toilet. The covered terrace is perfect for dining; an electric griddle and garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chair) are available. A washing machine is also available. Free street parking is available. Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made beds. Duvets and pillows are provided. WIFI is NOT AVAILABLE, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the property. Noise disturbances at night may result in police intervention. House rules require quiet in the residence from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This accommodations are not accessible to people with disabilities. ATTENTION: Any arrival after 8:00 PM and until 10:00 PM will be charged an additional €30 on site. Arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight will be charged an additional €50, payable on site. No departures before 6:00 AM. From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any departure will be charged an additional €30.
