Discover the charm of exposed stone and beams in a 19th-century dovecote, 55 m², on our 2-hectare property, in a peaceful natural setting just 4 km from the town center. A large private covered terrace (35 m²) allows you to be in the shade or in the sun, whatever the time of day, and a private garden. (75m²) and a covered parking space will enhance your stay. Relax in one of the deckchairs while listening to the birds. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can also have a BBQ. The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding (Bultex): one double bed (160/200 cm) and two single beds (90/190 cm). On the first floor: The shower room was renovated in 2022 with a large sink and a large shower (140*90 cm). Separate toilet. A small room houses the washing machine. Towels, dish towels, and sheets are included (beds made upon arrival), as are basic toiletries for a "welcome": shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. The property's inhabitants (chickens, goats, 2 dogs, and 2 cats) will delight those who are young at heart. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants, but a cleaning option is available (€55/stay). Arrival is between 4 pm and 7 pm (later upon request), and departure is before 10 am. An ideal base for visiting the Périgord and Quercy regions: the caves (Lascaux (44 km), Padirac (47 km)…), Sarlat (23 km), Rocamadour (33 km), Cahors (50 km) and numerous villages listed among the most beautiful villages in France, as well as our lovely markets. A leisure park 4 km away offers swimming, fishing, picnicking, treetop adventure courses, and mini-golf. You can also enjoy walks, bike rides, horseback riding, canoeing… To help you best prepare for your stay, a digital welcome booklet will be sent to you. This will allow you to know precisely the accommodation's contact details, tourist, cultural and sporting activities, and amenities (shops, restaurants, etc.) and their distance from the property.
