A big, open kitchen, open living room concept makes it easy to have a family of 6-7 people to enjoy the beach! Serene screened-in porch, as well to enjoy your nights or days. Quick walk to the beach and the 2 neighborhood pools! Tennis courts and free miniature golf within the neighborhood. Walking distance to the ocean, Shopping Center with Restaurants, Groceries, and Northside Park. Free washer and dryer within the unit.

This cute Montego Bay home was a great value. I had always wanted to see what it was like to stay in one of the community’s vintage mobile homes - this one looks vintage on the outside but all modern furnishings and cute decorations on the inside. I appreciated the things the house came stocked with: tons of beach towels and chairs to borrow, board games, and a kitchen with the handy things I always forget: ziploc bags, chip clips, k-cups for the keurig, etc!The community is great- this rental has access to the two pools, mini-golf which my kids used multiple times, tennis courts and a pretty pond and fishing boardwalk you can walk around.

Great Stay in North OC!

Loved our cozy place! It was really clean, with every ammenity you would need in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Comfy beach chairs and towels as well. Loved the screened in porch for early morning coffee and hanging out! Can't wait to book again!

Amazing!

We loved our stay here in Montego Bay. the house was perfect and just what we were looking for! very cute and quiet and perfect for a family with kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The host was great with communication from the time we booked through checkout! would highly recommend this beach house rental!

Great Place to stay

The house very clean and more spacious than it looked in the pictures. The owner was easy to contact if we had any issues . They provided plenty of bath/beach towels. Overall have 0 complaints and would stay there again

Quiet retreat

We love staying at this house because it provides a great location for our young family. Located behind crab bag, alley oops, and across the street from beach parking. This house allowed us to hit the beach in the morning, community pool in the afternoon and explore northern OC and Deleware. Such a fun location and so much to do with the family. Thank you Kristen for everything!!

Perfect location away from all the extra busy lower numbered blocks

Communication was great with the owner. Very clean house with a new amenities. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend to others that are decent clean people. Thanks again Kris!

Great beach house!

Very clean and neat! Close to the pool! Close to Northside Park! Kris (the Host) provided towels, linens, beach towels, the pool pass, and helped me with how to stream on the TV! We enjoyed eating and reading on her screened in patio and cooking in her kitchen! We enjoyed our vacation at her place!

Felt like home!

Really cute place! We loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and to rest and relax after the beach. The place has everything you need for a week at the beach. We brought our own beach chairs and bikes but there were beach chairs and sand toys available. The pool, tennis courts and mini golf are very close and easily accessible along with good restaurants. The owner was very communicative and provided tips for a fun week. I plan on returning in the fall.

Excellent and comfortable vacation

Clean and comfortable. Any concerns were taken care of immediately by manager. Kris was very informative and gave me all of the info I asked for and needed. There were lots of linens like bath towels and cloths and beach towels. All of this attributed to a very fun and relaxing vacation.

Great Beach Trip!!

What a fun long weekend with my family and friends! We had four adults and 3 children under 2 and we all fit comfortably. We had to move one of the beds out of the way so we could fit our pack N play but it worked fine. I slept great and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and living room to spread out and play with the kids. The screened in area was also very large and a nice hang out place. We were about 15 minutes walking distance to the beach, pool, all these restaurants and grocery store, and this awesome park! It was such a nice time. We had everything that we needed. The only suggestion I had was to replace the leather chairs in the living room because the material was fraying on the floor, but the host was responsive and said they would be replaced promptly. What a fun vacation and great location!

Terrible

I should have checked out the minute I checked in. The unit did not reflect the pictures. Old, dirty, musty, moldy, smoky. Had to have cleaner come back, didn't help much. They were there for 5 min. We were all coughing and having breathing issues. They sent handyman to change filter that was disgusting. Couldn't stay a minute longer. Had to spend an entire day and extra money to find another place and salvage our 1 more day of vacation. I have pictures I sent to VRBO. Wish I could post here. Stay away.

As a premier host, you try to make everyone’s stay as great as possible. From the moment this guest arrived, we tried to make their stay as relaxing as possible by responding to every request and attempting to accommodate every need. Nothing worked for them and that was unfortunate. Even with all of the “challenges”, they managed to stay 3 out of their 4 days, they were able to enjoy the amenities like the pool and beach while she and her family were there. I even refunded half of her money, after paying for emergency weekend service from our cleaning crew and our maintenance staff but that wasn’t enough. She threatened to leave a bad review if I didn't refund 100% of her Money, and that’s what she did. I never even charged her for the community pool pass that was missing after her departure. I hope she is able to find a place in OC that can make her happy. As you can see by every other review on this property, all other guests have enjoyed their stay.

Hidden Gem

Ocean City never fails and this year I opted for a stay at a Vrbo. I can tell you that Kris and her home did not fail or lack in any category. With hotels being so crazy and service lacking in many areas, staying in this community with families just made it that more special with so many amenities. You’re a nice walk or 2 minute drive from the pool, the beach or north side park that has kayaking as well as a fishing and crabbing pier. The serene surroundings make this one of the top reasons I will return. Now onto Kris and her home and hospitality which was on another level! She was in communication with me at all times prior to heading down as well on my long drive from Long Island. Her home from the beds to the living room were incredible. The kitchen had all I needed to cook for my family and she makes sure to stock everything from extra ice maker to air fryer and all!! The outside porch is perfectly fit with all you need for the beach!! My kids forgot their beach toys and I forgot my chairs but low and behold Kris made sure to have those there to spare. It’s as if she was a part of my trip the whole time to make sure that not one bit of my trip was without. I can’t say enough about this home and view to everything especially on a 4th of July weekend. With perfect weather we pulled out lounge chairs from the porch and watched the fireworks with a front row view to the show being put on right next door at Northside park. My kids and I can’t wait to go back!!!

Very nice property!!! Kris has upgraded the seating for the screened in porch with Adirondack chairs that are really nice!!! We have rented her place for the last several years and it meets our needs - close to the pools, Northside Park, etc.
