Discover the charm of the stones and exposed beams in our small house, from the 19th century, of 38 m² in our 2-hectare property in a quiet and natural setting with birdsong just 4 km from the downtown.

A large private terrace (20m²) with garden furniture, BBQ and deckchairs as well as a covered parking space, will enhance your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The comfortable room has quality Queen Size bedding (160/200 cm) (Bultex).
There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Toilets are independent.
Towels, dish towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival) as well as basic products for a "good arrival" included: shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing liquid, sponge, household products. Cleaning is not included.
There is wifi in the accommodation.
The inhabitants of the property (chickens, goats, 2 dogs and 2 cats) will delight those who keep a child's heart.

Ideal base for visiting the Périgord and Quercy: the caves (Lascaux (44 km away), Padirac (47 km away) ...), Sarlat (23 km away), Rocamadour (33 km away), Cahors (50 km away) and many villages classified among the most beautiful villages in France or our pretty markets.
4 km away, there is a leisure centre where you can swim, fish, picnic, tree climbing, mini golf. You can also go for walks, bike rides, horseback riding, canoeing, etc.
