This spacious one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is well-lit and offers a breathtaking oceanfront view, stretching south along the Kona Coast. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need for an extended stay. Enjoy a stunning ocean view while sipping a cup of Kona coffee in the morning or a pauhana in the afternoon. Let the soothing sound of the sea lull you to sleep. An elevator conveniently connects the ground floor to the unit. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for video chatting or Zoom meetings, making it an ideal choice for remote workers. This is a minimum 30-day rental.

Kona by the Sea is an absolute oceanfront property and features a large freshwater swimming pool with a generous sunbathing area. Additionally, there's the Historic Alii Saltwater Pool, conveniently located right on the waterfront. Onsite amenities include a spa and a barbeque area.

This unit comes equipped with beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, and a small cooler for guests' use. While some snorkel gear may have been left by previous guests, we don't provide snorkel gear. Non-fitting snorkel gear can ruin the fun, so it's best to rent your own equipment during your stay.

Driving is optional. Unless you are planning to explore the island during your stay, you won't necessarily need a vehicle. The Kona Trolley (Hele-On Route 201) is a convenient, open-air transit option connecting Kailua-Kona and Keauhou via Ali'i Drive. The trolley runs seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with buses arriving approximately every 60 minutes. The general one-way fare is just $2.
