We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet, relaxing location. Matt was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question and called to see how things were going once we were settles in. Bellaire was a nice home base for exploring northern Michigan and we made several trips to Traverse City during our stay. We really enjoyed the condo and would definitely recommend it!

A much appreciated home away from home. With two couples, we look for properties with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This is our second year staying in this complex; first time in this specific condo. Manager was superb at communicating and checking to make sure everything was good.We are in this area at least once a year for an annual kayak event and will be booking again as soon as the dates for next year are posted.Thank you!

This condo had a great view. Woods with a river running behind it. Loved that. The condo was pretty clean. Housekeeping needed to pay more attention to supplies they provide. The host was the best. He was always available and was ready to fix any problems or any requests.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed for 4th of July weekend. Brought our boat up to go on the lake and was able to park it on the trailer at the condo. The place was clean, beds comfy, A/C worked well, kitchen was stocked well with pans and utensils to cook. The creek behind the condo is so nice and peaceful from the balcony. We would stay here again.

Excellent!

Great property. Excellent customer service and communication. Family of 4, with teenage/adult children and it was perfect. Didn’t get to the beach, but pool and tennis court were very close and fun. Backyard view is tranquil and pretty. Couldn’t recommend higher.

A Gem!!

We’ve stayed at this location several times over the past 4 years and love it! The property is perfect and more than meets our needs. The private pool is sweet. It’s close to downtown Bellaire, Petoskey, Boyne, Walloon and Shanty Creek. It’s well stocked snd the babbling brook in the back is pure bliss. Most def will be back!

Couples weekend

Nice relaxing winter weekend with friends. No snow, but enjoyed hiking in the area and relaxing at the condo. Great accommodations for two couples. Well equipped kitchen for eating in and close to restaurants for going out. Gas fireplace kicked out the heat making the space super cozy. Problem with the internet connection initially, but Matt went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this condo.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to ensure all our guests have a positive experience, so we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to address some of the points you raised during our phone call upon arriving that contributed to this negative review. Firstly, it appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the pool and the nature of our property. Our listing clearly states that the pool is a shared amenity and that our condo is part of a multi-unit building. We do not advertise having a private pool or an isolated property, and we encourage all potential guests to review these details before booking. Secondly, your comments about the cleanliness of the condo are particularly concerning to us. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, as reflected in our consistent 5-star ratings from previous guests. We have a dedicated cleaning team that ensures the condo is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each new guest. We attempted multiple times to reach out to you during your stay. We never received a response directly from you or through VRBO, so we were unable to resolve any of your concerns during your stay. We reached out to VRBO after your 1 star rating and were told you offered to take down your review for financial compensation. We are committed to providing accurate information and maintaining the highest standards for our property. If there were any specific issues during your stay, we wish you had brought them to our attention so we could have addressed them promptly.
