Step out onto the covered lanai to savor your first cup of morning coffee, then take a refreshing dip in the private pool with plenty of privacy. You'll have a well-equipped kitchen and an open living space to enjoy when you're not out golfing or enjoying the beautiful amenities at the resort's Oasis Club. Watch a movie on the TV or prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. The breakfast bar includes four comfy stools for a quick meal before heading out for a day of adventure at Walt Disney World Resort, just 14 miles north!

WHAT’S NEARBY
This home is located in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate, half a mile east of the Oasis Club. You'll find such fantastic shared amenities as a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash area, a hot tub, a well-equipped gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, a game room, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort grounds, you can tee off at one of the many championship golf courses in the area or spend a day at Universal's Islands of Adventure (20 miles) or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles).

Pool heat is available for a minimum of three nights from October 1st to May 1st for an additional fee.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location

The house was very spacious and clean. Fit our family of 5 with room to spare. Our kids enjoyed spending time at the Oasis Club located in walking distance.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay in Champions Gate. The house was modem, clean, comfortable, and inviting. The Oasis Club was a blast for the entire family. Tons of local shopping and dining experiences, and very close to all the major parks. Check in and check out was a breeze. We definitely hope to return in the future!

Nice place but awful administration

Never booking again if is through Vacasa worst administration ever, poor service, worst time ever because of them

Wonderful property - great location.

We were thrilled to find the perfect home for our spring break trip the Orlando area. This property was exactly as described and actually a larger space than we expected. The check in at the security gate was smooth even when arriving late due to a delay with our flight. The QR scan provided for return entry was scanned reality which has not always been the case at other communities. We had an issue with the A/C which was resolved with a service call and repair within hours on a Sunday. The pool area was ideal for our time between planned events. We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Orlando

Spacious, Comfortable Townhome Close to the Parks

We primarily go to the Disney parks when we visit and this townhome is a great option for our family. Not only did we save money by staying here vs a Disney resort, it's also very nice to have your own space at the end of a busy Disney day. We've stayed at this unit a couple of times and have been very pleased with it each time we've stayed there. Some of the things we liked/appreciated were: - Very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful home. - Large, well-appointed kitchen with pantry, island, and plenty of workspace. We made a few meals here and had everything we needed. - Comfortable beds and large sectional sofa. - Plenty of TVs so everyone has their own space for down-time. - Nice neighborhood with lovely pool and clubhouse. - Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. - Lots of Doordash and Instacart options. Overall, this unit is a great place to set up home base for your next trip to Disney World!

The only things need... Blackout curtain in the bedrooms, more coffee filters and trash bags and also the guest before leave the trash very disgusting in the outside trash container... Thanks

Great condo, great location

The condo is modern, well-appointed and very clean. We love the pool and proximity to the Disney parks! Lots of shopping and dining located just outside the gate as well.
