Welcome to Sandy Toes Paradise🏖️ This 3 bedroom, 2 bath heated pool home in the peaceful Pine Lakes neighborhood is the perfect spot for family fun, friend adventures, or a relaxing escape.

💦 Make a splash in your own private pool, soak up the sun with a cold drink in hand, or enjoy starlit swims at night.



The Space:

Family friendly home, Ready for you to come have fun and relax. This heated pool home Is set up with many outdoor pool accessories along with everything you need for the beach.

🛌 Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably — with a spacious layout and a split-bedroom plan, everyone has room to spread out.

🍳 Cook up favorites in the fully stocked kitchen with large island, then gather for meals in the bright dining area or head outside for a poolside dinner.

🎉 Airy living spaces, and a comfy vibe make it easy to relax, play games, or binge your favorite shows after a day at the beach.

🚗 Just minutes away from Flagler Beach, golf courses, nature trails, and local restaurants.



The Neighborhood:

This is a quiet neighborhood. 10 min from the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Small town feeling with the ability to enjoy all the things the big cities have to offer. Great place to get away and relax.



Interaction with Guests:

Welcome to Sandy Toes Paradise, our home away from home. We moved to PC from Utah and made some amazing memories.



Due to work, we ended up moving back to Utah in 2017, but our hearts were still in FL. We actually lived just a couple blocks from here.

We came back every year at least once because we love it so much. Our home is a short drive to historical St. Augustine, 40 minutes to Daytona, and 1.30 hours to Universal Studios. We wanted Sandy Toes to be a clean place for people to come and relax.



When you walk in the front door the open floor plan makes things so welcoming and a place you can enjoy.



We love to Vacation and have multiple properties that we rent as vacation homes

Sunshine fun

Staying at Sandy Toes was the perfect home to relax and enjoy the Palm Coast area. It is very clean, owners quick to respond to questions and quiet neighborhood. Many parks and access to the beach.

Great location and amazing house!

The house was beautiful and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool area and used it the most. It was a great location that was quiet but close to things we wanted to do. Overall it was a great place for us to spend our vacation!

Home away from home!

Beautiful home in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Everything we needed, and more, was included, with so much space to spread out and relax. We hope to come back again. Highly recommend!

Very Nice

This was a very nice stay. The home was squeaky clean and well maintained. Also it was newly renovated, I believe. Overall definitely was the right pick and we enjoyed staying here with our family.

This was a last minute mother/daughter vacation. Home is clean, furnished well, new appliances, well equipped and in a good location. Neighborhood is quiet and appears to be safe. The owner is very responsive. I highly recommend this home.

Very beautiful clean house, host was wonderful, house was stocked with everything you would need to have an amazing stay. Kids enjoyed all the pool toys and floats that owner supplied. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Great house in quiet neighborhood.

House was very clean and had a lot of fresh upgrades. Close to shopping and dining. House was also well equipped with dishes, pans and linens. There was even a high chair and pack and play for the baby. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house! The house is spacious and bright with skylights. We were there for four weeks and our family visited and enjoyed it too. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to golf courses and to the beaches. We had a few glitches when we arrived but they were quickly resolved by Natalie.

Excellent!

We were impressed with how easy this stay was. From booking to checking out we did not have any issues. The owners responded right away, the house was clean, beautiful and set up for families to enjoy perfectly! Everything that you could need for a family was available in the house to use. The kids had so much fun in the pool, so did the adults. The house is perfect for making beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Wonderful house

The house was perfect. The street is nice and quiet. The pool was clean and loaded with pool floats and water toys for fun and relaxation. Lots of extra towels for pool and shower. The kitchen has everything and is great for cooking. The beds and bathrooms were very clean and updated. The washer and dryer hold large loads. The neighborhood is great for running or walking and there is a trail for even more miles at the neighborhood entrance area. Overall, I highly recommend. I will book again when I’m in the area.

Great Place to Stay

This is a beautiful home in a great neighborhood, close to the highway and about 20 minutes from Flagler Beach. Centrally located between St Augustine and Daytona and about an hour and a half from Universal Studios. The owners were great to deal with. Very responsive. They thought of everything you will need to stay in this home. There was a pack and play and a high chair as well as pool towels, beach towels and supplies to take to the beach. You don’t need to bring anything extra with you. Everything is there. The home is very well maintained and very clean. Thank you so much to the Willisons for a fantastic first experience using Vrbo and having such a beautiful home to offer visitors to Florida.

Check-in was great, but upon entering and checking out the rooms and space we noticed several cleanliness things that caused us to wonder if it was cleaned including fingernail clippings on the floor, bandaids on the pool deck, crumbs on the rug around the dining table, and visible dried spills on the counter tops. The property manager responded promptly when I reached out to remedy it, and had the cleaner come back out when we were planning to be out visiting family that lives nearby. After the second time, the cleaning was still subpar, with a 9 month old baby that is crawling and rolling everywhere and an almost 4 year old that plays on the floor it was unfortunate. We loved having a pool to have one on one time with our oldest practicing swimming and playing. We were halfway between family that lives nearby and Matanzas Inlet, our favorite beach location when visiting. The space was great and the beds were comfortable. The host tried to be as accommodating as they could, but they need to seriously reconsider their cleaning company.

Wonderful Trip

We enjoyed our short trip. The home was beautiful, and very clean. The manager was wonderful. The pool was perfect and our little boy had a ton of fun chasing all the little lizards around the yard.

Great place to stay in Palm Coast

Our family stayed here while visiting relatives in Palm Coast. We especially liked the house with its open floor plan and the screened in pool in the back yard. Check-in was a disappointment as we never received check-in instructions in the days immediately prior to our arrival. We had to reach out to the owner two times before he sent the information.

Palm Coast is Life

I enjoyed my stay in Palm Coast so much, my family was pleased also with the location of the home and we felt very relaxed the entire time. The house itself is amazing and beautiful. It was clean and they put lots of thought into making it comfortable for all guest. The pool was the highlight of the trip, we spent so much time in it and had water guns fights that made us laugh like kids again. We will definitely return again and again. It's a very lowkey town and not tourist driven so you feel like home. If you are looking to party pick another spot, this town it made for ultimate relaxation. It's a 10/10 for me. The host was great with quick responses and answered my many questions with ease. Don't be afraid of the deposit either, if you have a credit card use it to hold the deposit, my money was returned before I could make it back home. Don't hesitate to book this home. Sidenote: Be sure to close the front door completely when going in and out there are small lizards lurking and waiting to be your guest inside....it's FL so it's expected but they were no bother otherwise.

Fantastic getaway!

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this property in early May. The house is so spacious! The layout was perfect for multiple couples, and/or children. We loved spending time in the pool and relaxing outside to the sounds of nature. The house is very well stocked and immaculate! Close to everything. The beds were just right, not too hard, not too soft. The property was well stocked. I would not hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful

This property is immaculate and was a wonderful place for our family to spend the week. They have thought about many details that make your stay easier such as labeled light switches, tons of linens, containers for left overs, and paper products. The pool is on the south side of the house so it gets great sun and at the same time there are trees in the backyard that provide shade to different parts of the pool deck area at different times of day. Neighborhood was great for walking or running. We only had one small issue and that was the box spring for the queen bed made some squeaking type noise when you got into that bed. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.
