Relaxation on 30a

We came in right after Hurricane Isaias. This was not our original condo but we were so happy to have landed here. The condo was great! It gave us good space and we loved how well decorated it was. It felt like a home away from home. The sunset views were beautiful and being so close to the beach was great.

Property sleeps 6. If you have more than 1 car, can get tricky on property. Only 1 designated parking place. 2 others are up for grabs among all units.

Amazing stay

We loved staying here. The view was amazing, the accommodations was perfect. We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of room. We loved being right on the beach and the interior of the condo was so cute. It was the best vacation we have ever had has a family.

Overall the property was clean and had a nice comfy patio overlooking the ocean to enjoy the pretty turquoise water. We were slated to stay on thirty A but with the hurricane, we had to move because the beach was damaged where we were supposed to be. The host was very accommodating to move us over to SEA HORSEY at PCB where the beach was less affected. Our only complaints were that the host had people enter the property twice; once unannounced and without so much as knocking, coming in and scaring my family and young kids “to Inspect the balcony”, and a second time with limited notice to measure the cabinets for new doors which definitely were in need of a facelift as the current cabinets were worn with large sections of peeling paint. The only other item I would recommend would be replacing the master bed, as it had a very sagging mattress that it seems they were trying to compensate for with a very thick mattress topper which created an environment where you slept very hot but your back still hurt from feeling like you slept in a hammock.Otherwise the condo was well-appointed and fit our needs. the beach access was quick and easy! However, a note of caution for families with young children or that enjoy their sleep: the bar across the street is very loud every night with live bands etc that you hear very loud in the condo. Likewise, the proximity to the pool and the fact that it is open til ten PM also lends itself to a noisy, less peaceful balcony environment to enjoy

Hi Rachel! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad we could accommodate your family after the hurricane and that you enjoyed the ocean views and easy beach access. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the property visits and understand how important privacy and advance notice are, especially when traveling with young children. We also appreciate your feedback about the mattress, cabinets, and noise levels, and will share these concerns with our team. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us identify areas where we can improve. -Paradise Properties

We love Blue Mountain!

The location provided everything we could have wanted...breakfast,lunch,dinner,drinks,gas,groceries,coffee... it was all a short walk down the road. The view from the room was incredible! Our condo was perfect.

great location, nosy neighbors

Other than some of the other renters sticking their nose into our business (where we parked and one of our kids brought a beach think up to the condo by mistake), it was a great place to stay for our family.

Sounds of surf

This beautiful property in a perfect location offers peace. The beach was uncrowded and the only noise heard inside the condo was the ever present and welcome sounds of the waves crashing into the shore.

Perfect getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Everything was clean. My husband and I usually complain about mattresses when we are of town but the beds were very comfortable and it was super quiet. The only thing we could hear at night was the ocean which was very peaceful. The parking was a bit tight luckily there was no one on either side of us. Despite that we would stay again.

Love this place!

Location was perfect. Plenty of room and well kept. Other than not be able to locate a broom (tracking in sand) it had everything we needed. Had one small issue with DVD player and it was promptly addressed and replaced with new DVD player. We will definitely be coming back!

Our second night we had an issue with the electricity. The property manager worked hard and fast to make sure it was fixed even giving us other housing options. Couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with!

Great View!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view was great and it is right on the beach. It could definitely use a few upgrades: dishwasher, washer and dryer, the closet door was missing which exposed maintenance items and there was not a dust pan to sweep up the sand that was carried in each day. The wi-fi did not work for two days, unfortunately. We are not ones to stay in the room a lot of vacation so it was fine! Couldn't beat the location which is why we stayed here. Thanks!

Wonderful week on Blue Mountain Beach

My family of 6 had a wonderful week at Sunseekers 7. Our condo was clean and very nice. The kids loved the bunk bed room and getting to have "sleepovers" with all their siblings. It was a very quick walk to the beach and the beach was low crowd. The only suggestions for improvement would be the sliding door was very heavy and the adults had to help the kids and we had some trouble with the coffee maker drip spout not dripping fast enough and getting close to overflowing if we didn't slightly lift on the pot to increase the amount that could drip through the spout. Minor inconveniences and a great time was had by all.

Amazing View!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Unit 7. The condo was clean and very roomy. The view was breathtaking, as the water was crystal clear and the sky was as blue as could be. The location is wonderful with a very short walk to the water's edge. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony, where we saw dolphins playing in the water more than once. Ended our day on the beach with a glass of wine as the glorious sun set into the beautiful ocean. If you can pull yourself away from the beach, there are many great restaurants and lots of fun shopping nearby. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with. I would recommend this condo for a relaxing get-a-way for two or bring along another couple or family members to share in the fun and beauty of one of the most beautiful beaches in God's creation. We can't wait to return!
