Wonderful luxury 3 bedroom and three and a half bath condo with brand new kitchen and all new stainless steel appliances. The benefit to the Beachwalk three bedroom condos is the living room and family room combination giving you a wonderful space to spread out with the family after a fun day at the beach. The full kitchen provides ample space and facilities to cook breakfast lunch and dinner. You can grill out or cook on the upscale appliances. The master bedroom has gorgeous en suite full bath with glass shower and tile floors. Second guest room is almost a junior master bedroom with king size bed and full bath. Third bedroom has two twin beds and access to full bath right across the hallway. Living room, family room, community pool and short walk to the beach down a shaded path. Wonderful family vacation spot. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. 181 Beachwalk in Shipyard is professionally managed and operated by Hilton Head Vacations, Inc, a locally owned company.

Beachwalk villas are located in Shipyard Resort with community pool and very close to Van Der Meer world class tennis facilities. Perfect size, location and space!

Our family of five (2 adults, 1 teen and 2 young kids) loved this house. The location can't be beat with a 2 minute bike ride or short walk to the beach. Pool was great too. We wished we had access to pickleball and tennis courts but those weren't deal breakers by any means! Located right on the bike path for easy access and property was clean and had tons of seating and space when we entertained several other families for dinner one night.

This townhouse was a delight to stay in. Clean and comfortable with the conveniences of home. The upstairs showers were spa-like! The proximity to the beach is fantastic.

Two weeks of Heaven

We LOVE this rental. We have stayed here before and it's perfectly stocked with what you need and the location is key. We love being able to ride our bikes to the beach each day and enjoy the kitchen and couch after a long day in the sun. The beds are comfy and there is enough room my kids can each bring a friend. Staying two weeks was the perfect summer vacation.

Can't wait to come back!!!

Best rental experience by far. I was a little hesitant to rent a property managed by a rental management company. Had a horrible experience with Vacasa. We couldn't be happier with our stay. We were able to check-in in person with Robert. He was super helpful and full of recommendations. Shipyard is an ideal, centrally located community on HHI. The 1/4 mile walk to the beach on a shaded bike path with ideal with young kids. On super hot days, the pool was great to cool down after walking home. The condo was beautifully updated. Beds were super comfy, even our 6 year old twins slept great. Bathrooms were gorgeous. We actually forgot the door PIN and were able to get in touch with Robert after hours. The next day, the Digital deadbolt died completely and we had to leave the property unlocked while using the back slider. Robert returned our calls promptly and had a locksmith over the replace the lock. Would not get this level of service from other rental management companies. Overall, we would definitely stay at this property again. It was perfect. The security seemed thorough, parking was easy, and were so 10-15 minutes to everything we wanted to to. Thanks Robert.

Loved our beach week

The house was wonderful. Great location to ride or walk to the beach every day. The house was stocked and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable for our family during our week. The dryer broke while we were there and they sent someone out the next day. Unfortunately it needed a part but it was the end of our trip and no one’s fault. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Nice complex with pool. Sonesta Resort is right across the street. The beach is within walking distance. Close to Coligny Beach and all the Coligny shops and restaurants. The unit was spacious, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great location

The condo is beautiful and nicely updated. Amenities were plenty and check in process very easy. We had a couple of maintenance issues while staying. The range didn’t work but the manager sent over someone to fix that the same day I called. One toilet is leaking but wasn’t realized until the day before check out but someone is being scheduled to address that as well. We would definitely stay here again and the area is wonderful.

Enjoyed the beach but would not stay again

The layout of the property worked well for our group of 2 couples and 2 children. The property was well equipped and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach, pool, and the frozen drink stand near the boardwalk. Check-in was easy, however the checkout instructions did not include what to do with the sheets/towels, thermostat, etc. There was a fruit fly issue when we checked in - we killed probably 50-60 fruit flies - and eventually set a trap to resolve the issue. The fridge was also showing that the water filter needed changed, so we had concerns about the last time it was changed. The property manager sent someone out to look at the issues and brought a case of water bottles which was appreciated. The mattress in the second king bedroom could definitely use an update as it was worn and the springs were uncomfortable. The barn door to the en suite bathroom in the second king bedroom also does not stay closed and rolls open as soon as it is shut and offers no privacy. The entire property could benefit from a repaint and patching of dings/scratches in the walls. While we did enjoy our time at the beach, there were significant issues with the home that we would not feel comfortable staying again unless they were fully addressed and fixed. There were multiple "soft spots" in the laminate flooring, the worst being right under a chair at the kitchen table. The soft spot under the chair appeared to be getting larger during our stay, and the flooring in that area was giving so much that the floor boards were coming apart. I'm confident that if we would have jumped or applied direct pressure on the spot, the floor would have completely buckled. The property manager also had the individual look at the soft spot, however they did not indicate what they would be doing to investigate the issue. The step from the entry into the living room was also leaking brown water along the seam between the riser and the living room floor. When we emailed the property manager about the water, we did not receive a response. The 1st floor did feel damp and had a musty smell when compared to the 2nd floor. My husband has asthma but typically does not have issues, however he had a really hard time while in the property and was wheezing. Our concern is that the entire sub-floor may be water damaged/rotting and we had definite concerns of mold given the leaking water and smell.

Labor Day getaway

Everything was good! Only concern was a gnat issue around sink and dishwasher. (Not a few but dozens) There was a very soft spot in the floor between kitchen counter and dining table. We definitely tried to avoid that area as someone’s foot can go through it. The TVs were in need of a simpler way for use, the king and twin rooms didn’t work. It was a great location. Beautiful scenery driving into shipyard.

Beautiful and Comfortable

The place was decorated beautifully. It had a lot of room for our family. It was a beautiful kitchen with many upgrades for a rental. My niece came to visit and now is interested in renting it. I am looking forward to renting it again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

This is an amazing property and the accuracy of the listing is 100%. (As a reviewer - I've stayed in many VRBO's and hotels from Red Roof Inns but also the Ritz and Four Seasons). The property was very clean, smelled nice, and had all brand new appliances. Everything worked and easy to use. The beds and couches were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated and amazing! The kids loved the electric fireplace in the living room! Sheets and linens were new and clean. The master shower had 2 shower heads and excellent water pressure (not too hard and not too soft). We have stayed on Hilton Head 10+ times and this was amazing - will definitely be back. And, as a final bonus, this property is a 4 minute walk to the Sonesta Resort, which offers take-out/dine-in options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!!!
